Welcome home, men of the 2nd Bn, 127th Infantry, 32d "Red Arrow" Brigade, WI Army National Guard! Job well done in Iraq!

So sez ESPN.

Apparently, Woodson's agent says Charles will still play football, but wants to go to a contender.

The account for Woodson's line of wines tweeted this: "Thanks for a great run!"

Another great character guy gone from the GB locker room. First Driver, now Woodson. Damn.

Granted, the move makes sense: he's 37 years old, got injured a lot, was moved to safety, gets away with holding some, and would've counted for $10 million against the 2013 salary cap.

The people on the local radio identify him as the kind of a player who seems to end up on the Patriots. We'll see.

YES.

This is exactly what I was going to post. This seems like a perfect match, except the Pats will probably offer the lowest bid.

You mean an injury-prone DB who has more "name" than "talent"? Yeah, that sadly DOES sound like a Patriots DB. /sobs
