Heard of an even 1/4 of them, sadly a good number of those songs near the top which I HATE.

And it needs more Pearl Jam.

I`ve heard 35 of them..no problem with Wasted & Ready near the top, but were these singles-only? There are certainly better songs on YHF than Heavy Metal Drummer.

Regarding YHF, I think Heavy Metal was the only one that got single airplay nationally. I know here in Chicago WXRT played a bunch of cuts off of the album, but I doubt that was the case everywhere. I would have voted for "Ashes of American Flags" myself off that album.

Heard 25, liked to some degree 12 of those, the other 13 suffered between indifference to DIE YOU FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT AUSTRALIAN MELODY-LACKING BITCHES(guess who that was :))

Do I think the WWE should listen to the opinions of the Internet? Absolutely. Do I think WWE should be dictated by the opinions of the Internet? No. Comments and articles that are written on the 'net are the opinions of fans, the fans that drive our product and deserve to be heard. If there is a large group of people who have the same opinions on a certain issue, maybe that issue needs to be addressed or revisited. I think we miss the boat if we don't. One thing about the Internet wrestling community--whether they think the shows are good or bad - they are probably our most dedicated fans, because they watch the shows every week. They love professional wrestling, and you can't really question that.

-No bottom 100 because I'd feel the compulsive need to include pop songs and I'm not downloading and sorting all THAT stuff.

-Not singles-only, just what I've heard. "Heavy Metal Drummer" and "Jesus Etc." were the only singles from YHF, and I don't own the album, so there ya go.

A bottom 40 would be greatly appriciated, if for no other reason than the fact that I've had my own music awards for about seven years now, and lately I've distanced myself from radio and MTV, and therefore don't have the greatest exposure to logical "worst" choices anymore. (But the negative categories is what's really appealing about my personal awards, as far as I'm concerned.)

And, don't worry, I'm sure I'll post a link when the voting for the next awards go out in early January. And, no, Pearl Jam won't be well represented in those awards, either.

(The Vines are overrated, by the way, and are far and away the least of their current movement.)

To be realistic, this is purely the favorite 100 songs of a 17-year-old for the past year...nothing more, nothing less. I'm sure our lists would be considerably different, and not include 3/4 of what's on here. Like Matt Good's "Weapon," for example.

This line stinks of elitism beyond belief...sort of a "Wow, look at me. I'm so much more alternative than you; I bet you guys haven't even heard of the stuff I'm into."

And, although "Get Over It" is a good enough song, Def Leppard called. They want their chorus back.
