Hmmm, the Liars hit #1 only to have this song probably be dropped next week because they have a new single out. Only heard the end of it myself... it's quite different, but decent nonetheless.
And they're actually playing "Personal Jesus" there, hrm. Lucky bastard.
As for your bottom 10: Excellent choices, although I haven't heard the Disturbed song. They can't be that bad... then again, you DO have Simple Plan out of the top 3 (but at least headed in the right direction).
They're playing Jurassic 5 on "Rock Radio" now? If not, why do they get in the countdown?
And I see that Default has entered the bottom countdown. Did you feel the same way about their previous two songs. Personally, I loved Deny, and it is still one of my favorite rock songs of the year. But I have a feeling you are going to disagree with my love for the song. Call it a hunch ;-)
"Oh, a handful of change. I guess I can use this to go...um...buy some candy. So thank you for adding a step to my Halloween process"- homestarrunner
Wasting My Time was blase, Deny was throughly mediocre. And "What's Golden" is coming close to charting on the R&R Alternative chart and KROQ's been playing (or was playing) it a good bit. So there.
It's out today in the UK, but unless we want to buy an import it won't be seen stateside until February 2006. My gut reaction from one listen is it's not as good as his first album, but he'll probably never get THERE again.
