6 Man Table Match

Well, I loved this match. This was one of the closest things we are going to get to a "traditional" SS match. This is the elimination match with the new WWE style twist on it. Did anyone completely hear all the calls during the match? (i.e. "C'mon, Jeff, goddammit!!", "Roll him off...move it back.")

And, of course.....TESTIFY!! Need I say more? Maybe I'm the only one, but I marked out BIG for the reunion. I just hope they can figure something out to bring these two back together. I've always been a fan of the Dudleyz. Even when everyone one else was knocking em. Don't like that opinion? Too bad, that's why it's mine. The only downfall of this whole match is that, for some unknown reason, I really wanted to see Rico win it
Noble vs. Kidman

Pretty good Cruiserweight match, overall. Lot of exciting moves. The facefirst suplex from the top and the DDT with the feet on the top was TIGHT!! Everytime I see Noble wrestle, I have to ask myself why I like him?! There's just something about his character (along with Nidia) that's really believable...I don't know if I really agree with the outcome, though. Sort of hurts Noble's credibility to have lost 3 straight to the same guy....That's just my thoughts, though.

Gotta love Tazz busting out with his best Tina Turner impersonation, too
Are we seeing Benoit get a little bit of charisma? Maybe an actual character!? SWEET!!

Y2J looks like a goat....

F-VieW...Welcome to GTV2002!! Victoria is officially not only a fruit loop...but she's also going to have 7 years of bad luck...shame on her!

Women's Hardcore Match

Victoria is going to take Trish's soul? When did she become the female Undertaker? Hmm...Anyway...This is the first time in a LONG time there's been a Women's Hardcore match. Ooops! Trish is pissed. Can't you tell? She's not wearing her hat, and she looks like she has to sneeze.

Pretty creative use of the broom, IMO. Somersault leg drop looked excellent. This was actually a better match than I expected by a long run!! Nice hard spots, creative moves. This is one of the better hardcore matches I've seen, actually. Its just too bad that Trish broke the mirror too soon. It would have been nice to see where that could have gone.

Overall, it was good to see Victoria grab the belt! Much better match that I think anyone expected!

WWE Smackdown Title

OH....MY.....FUCKING....GOD!! He hit the F5. Unbelievable! I never saw Heyman flat out turning on Lesnar. I figured that it would be the other way around! Either way, I love it! This is the best outcome that I can possibly think of for this match! It shows that Lesnar should have beaten Show, so it really takes none of his heat off him, and it turns Lesnar face. I've been wanting to cheer Lesnar for the last 3-4 months! I may be alone, but I'm one happy wiener!!

Triple Threat Tag Match

This match didn't live up to all that I thought it was going to be. Personally, I wanted to see Benoit/Angle take the straps. I liked the way the finish was booked for these two though. Good way to keep the heat going between them. Should lead to a good match down the road. Was still a pretty good match overall. I can't stand Eddie Guerrero, though. There's just something about him that bugs the hell out of me. I think its the fact that when I met him, he barely had any accent whatsoever, and when I hear him use it, its like hearing nails scratching the chalkboard. This isn't to say that he isn't a great wrestler, I just don't like him.

I'm going to say it...well, maybe not...ah, what the hell? It shouldn't be so bad. Chris Nowinski ROCKS!!! There. I feel a lot better about myself now. Such a burden taken off my back.
WAIT!! Mattitude, baby!! I think I'm catching it! I just wish he didn't have to revert to cheap heat. Same goes for Nowinski.

MARK OUT...MARK OUT...MARK OUT!!! And I don't even like Steiner! Sweet! Maybe that'll change after tonight!

Ironic sign of the night: "Big Poppa Boner" I thought steroid use decreased penis size. Weird.

Elimination Chamber

What the hell? This show has 1 hour to go!! This could actually be sort of intersting! Time will tell! I'm gonna go out on a limb right now and tell everyone that if, when this match is done, Triple H still has the belt...It MIGHT not be all bad. It will all depend how it is booked (ala Big Show/Lesnar)...Here we go...

Well, I like the concept and look of the match. The only exception to that is that they chamber is "locked" with a small, unsecured bolt. Nice to see Triple H easily bust through this "inpenatrable structure".

Inury on Triple H...I don't care who it is...I don't like to see injuries. You could hear H say that he wasn't OK when Earl asked him. Plus we got the big X. Hope its nothing serious.

No real surprise to see RVD go out first. He's a fan favorite, and a great wrestler, but he's not world champion material...yet.

I've been trying to read the ref, and I'm thinking that HHH broke his collarbone...that or something with his throat. He must be hurt pretty badly. To his credit, you don't usually see him stay out of the action for quite this long during a match.

HOLY SHIT! I didn't expect Booker to go out this early, though! I figured he'd be at least in the final 3.

We can see Trip holding his throat...that's never good. A lot of people will be happy that he's hurt, but c'mon...he's still a human being!

Remember when I said that Triple H winning the match could be OK if it was booked right? Well, I take that back. If he were to win now, it will be bogus. I realize that they can't really change the finish due to injury, but still. It just won't seem right. Trip's been in about 4 spots in the last 10 minutes...

Kane's gone. Looks like we're sticking with a heel champion. I don't see Shawn winning. If he does, you can bet that he drops it tomorrow night. I personally don't like Jericho, I don't want to see Triple H (though not for the same reason as most people...I simply think its time for a change) as the champ anymore..so I'm in a lose/lose situation here. Well, maybe not...Y2J gone. Could it be? Yeah, I doubt it, too...but an old school Michaels fan can dream, dammit! And right now I'm dreaming! It'd be great to see Michaels go out on his own terms, instead of on the injury. He can drop it tomorrow night for all I care, but dammit, I want to see him get it one last time!!

Damn...gotta give it to HHH for letting someone come down on him from the top of a chamber for the 2nd time after the first one injured him...

OH MY FUCKING GOD part 2...HE DID IT!! I'm a friggin mark, and I don't care!!! Label me as one for all you want, but this is the best night of WWE I've seen in a LONG time!!!

Overall, a good show in my book. Now rare is it to see all the titles change hands!?! I think that the elimination chamber should definately be a part of Survivor Series from now on. There's a lot they could do with it.

As I've said in several other threads...if you haven't seen the show, please don't judge anything you've read, until you see the show! I don't think there was anything that really "killed" the show.

I laugh at danger! Then I hide until it goes away.

I was entertained and that's all I care about while watching.

I'm tired of seeing HHH go over, while burying, everyone else as much anyone but, it wouldn't have bothered me if HHH won that match because the match was so good. I picked Shawn Michaels to win and it'll be interesting to see where they go with this now that Shawn has the title.

Didn't every belt change hands tonight, except for the Raw tag titles which weren't defended?

Yep. Every belt (except Y2J's spiffy new one) swapped paws this fine evening. It's probably nothing, but RVD looked like he busted his knee pretty bad doing the **1/2 Frog Splash. As I've said before (and will again), Phase One is complete. Now is the time for the Tournament of Rulingness!

Why do I watch? Because every episode has the potential to be the best one ever, and I'll be DAMNED if I'm gonna miss that one after sitting through this shit.

You weren't the only one who marked out at the Dudleys reunion. That ruled.

I'm happy with Eddie/Chavo getting the tag belts. They've built that way nicely over the past few weeks. I was expecting a faster-paced match, though. There was a lot of kill time in there.

Did Steph make a single appearance the whole show?

The women's match was better than I thought it would be. Anybody else notice that Victoria’s dressing stand was a travel case that had “Terri Runnels” written on it?

Lesnar/Show was short, which probably should have been expected. Those two didn't exactly look like they were holding back on each other to me. I can't believe Lesnar hit the F5 if his ribs are legit hurt (and by all accounts, they are.) Lesnar was HUGE over with the MSG fans.

Including intros, did they actually waste a half hour between the Elimination Chamber match and the match before it?!?

The Elimination Chamber itself was pretty cool. I think Van Dam showcased the potential this cage has with the more acrobatic wrestlers. His "Spider-Man"-like grab and reverse was awesome. The match itself wasn't a five-star, but it was a solid four. I didn't really care who won it, but Michaels certainly brought the house down.

Decent show tonight. It was no Summerslam, but it was ok. The three way tag tonight just didn't do it for me like it should have. Angle's new tights were pretty spiffy though. I thought HHH was legit hurt but I don't know. He finished kind of strong. He kept holding his jaw, so maybe that's what it was.

I thought the show was fantastic, myself, a bit of odd booking aside. A few (really) random thoughts.

Dammit, I really wanted RVD to go over here, just so I could rub people's noses in it. Oh well, he did get a title shot at Survivor Series, and HHH did lose the title at Survivor Series, so I was close enough. And, as a longtime HBK mark, that was a markout moment amongst markout moments, and I hope he holds onto the belt until the obligatory HHH rematch at Wrestlemania. (I'd love to see a one-on-one match between HBK and Van Dam, or HBK and Jericho, or even HBK and Flair.)

I still don't see the logic in Show going over, but the match kept Brock looking like a bad motherfucker, and it's more than a little clear that Show's just holding onto the belt until Brock's better (which will likely be at Armageddon). The Heyman swerve should be able to keep Brock on TV without wrestling as they build to the big rematch. (And the SSP? Maybe... I mean, Brock already F5ed Showster. They've got to top it somehow.)

The opener was off of the proverbial hook, far surpassing my expectations. (And who said something about a Dudley Boyz reunion at SurSer a month and a half ago?) Did you see that asshole grab Hardy's foot as he was running the "railing"? I hope the security beat the shit out of that guy.

Do you realize that the last time they were in MSG for a PPV, the WWE had the first ever table match? And Tazz debuted? And Mae Young took her top off? That's just how long it's been.

Raise your hand if you're already sick of Scott Steiner. Be honest. He shows up, still looking like a roided up asshole with his stupid pop-tap chain mail, beats up a few midcarders, says "fuck" and rattles off a few of his meaningless catchphrases that just empasize his overwhelming whiteness. Holla if you hear me, Scotty. That shit may have cut it in the bush leagues, but no matter how bad the WWE's fallen, it's still the big time, and he's still pathetic. (But, his track record will probably lend to the problem taking care of itself, ala Kevin Nash.)

He better not go to Smackdown and fuck up Brock's push. That's all I have to say.

The table elimination was very well done, except someone tripped Jeff on that running the railing spot. I sort of expected the Dudleys to reunite, but still marked out.

Great women's match between Trish and Victoria. They brought out the HATE!! Victoria had juicy juice on her nose the HARDWAY. Trish also took as she gave, she is definitely no Sable. She needs another move than the bulldog though, everyone is countering it. Wicked Queen Victoria could also be our new Queen of Hardcore, unless Molly says something about it. You know, Victoria is THE true monster heel now on Raw, a title that unfortunately eluded Molly.

Very good cruiserweight match. Kidman cleverly minimized Nidia's effectiveness and worked over Jamie for the victory. The two executed their moves better than just about everyone else tonight.

Both Lesnar and Show were injured coming into the match, so they had to keep it short. Brock needed surgery, that's why he did the job. His his well-executed power moves, especially the F5, and the major screwjob by Paul Heyman, it assures that Brock returns as the major face. Paul got some explaining to do.

Four matches in the first hour. Hmmm.

The 3 way dance for the tag title had a few rough edges. I think this was Rey's first time in the 25 foot square ring at MSG, and it shows in his sloppy timing. The Guerreros outsmarted Benoit and Angle, first by dropping forthe apron while Angle was trying to tag one of them in, then by Chavo tossing the belt to Angle just as Benoit turned to see who hit him. Edge hits the spear on Benoit for the first elimiation, then Eddie slapped This Move Sucks on Rey Mysterio to win the titles for the team. A frog splash finish might have gotten a better pop from the crowd.

Scott Steiner didn't do the Frankensteiner, so eh, it was another Brock-like run-in.

The elimination chamber was a well-booked match. HHH juiced early--good. RVD hit 2-star and probably injured himself. Bad. Booker and Kane laid down a little earlier than I liked. Hmm. Shawn was his usual Shawn self taking the nasty bumps because he does it better than just about anyone. Also smart to use chamber roof for balance before he hit the flying elbow. RVD didn't. That is the HBK won the title.

Tazz and Cole are getting stronger and stronger every day. They were on. Lawler and JR keeps on putting down all women not named Trish or Stacy. And they were a bit melodramatic about HBK and especially HHH.

This is how I'd book the women's angle for next month:

Vicki comes out and starts badmouthing all of the women in the WWE. She says she's tougher and bigger than all of them. She'll take on anyone tonight in a hardcore match. The lights go out and when they come back on, Jazz is in the ring. She kills Vicki in 2 minutes and she's the new champ.

*raises hand*

Mattitude got abused. :-(

However, that was the only part that I really didn't like. Here's hoping you're right about the problem taking care of itself. I think Steiner will probably go to Raw, but beyond that, I have no clue what he'll do.

Let me also give official Mad Props(tm) to the Women's Hardcore match. The stuff with the broom was awesome, and although I think the final fire extinguisher spot was blown a bit, I was still very impressed.

This was the first WWE PPV that I watched live since the very first Survivor Series. I was over at a friends house who gets free PPV and we had just finished watching a Backyard Wrestling PPV when I remembered the Survivor Series was about to start, so we watched it even though he stopped watching wrestling in the late 80s when he realized it was fake.

The Elimination Tables match was decent. Some good high spots that demonstrated the point I was making earlier in the night about how the Backyard Wrestling video would be better if it had extra storylines. We got a good laugh at Rico calling for Jeff once we realized what the hell he was saying. I wasn't really interested either way but the Dudley reunion was nice.

Cruiserweight title match was solid. Noble's DDT with Kidman's feet latched onto the ropes was straight wicked. I really hope Noble wins the title again on Tuesday (with help from Nidia, of course) setting up a more meaningful title match at Armageddon.

The women's hardcore match was awesome. I was calling for this to be match of the night and I think it's legitimately in the running. Great action but the finish seemed to come to quickly, like the ref and Trish forgot that it wasn't supposed to be over yet. Still a great match, though, and possibly the most athletic hardcore match I've seen.

Lesnar vs. Show was a decent match with a disappointing ending. I'll admit that I marked for the F5 but I still think it would have been better to have Heyman throw in the towel on Brock's behalf so he'd still never been pinned. I fear a Show vs. Rikishi main next month though I imagine 'Taker will make a comeback now. I'm sure he can manage 3 or 4 nights away from his infant.

The 3-Way Tag Title match didn't do much for me. Not to say that it sucked, it just seemed like a total clusterfuck to me. I thought Rey had broken his neck off that botched moonsault.

I was laughing my ass off for the Harvard/Mattitude promo. The Scott Steiner appearance didn't do much for me, since I already knew he was coming. Had it been kept a secret, I might have marked. Runner-Up Line of the Night to the friend I was watching with who responded to Scotty's appearance with "Where's the other one?", referring to Rick.

The Elimination Chamber itself was a good concept. I wouldn't mind seeing it as a yearly Survivor Series event, assuming they invest in a better door lock next time. Jericho & Michael's bumps through the plexiglass were pretty sick. Jericho tripping up RVD when he climbed the pod had me laughing. I like that they made Y2J look legit tonight and it would be cool to see him attack HBK tomorrow night and knock his smile so far off that Michaels spends another 4 years looking for it. The ending was solid enough to be enjoyable but not how I would have preferred to see it.

Line of the night goes to my friend after the end of the Elimination Chamber.

Him: It's pretty sad that a guy who was around back when I was still watching just won the world title.

Me: Hulk Hogan won it earlier this year.

Him: Yeah, but Hogan is an American idol. Shawn Michaels was one of the Rockers.

Just a MINOR point...

A BIG deal was made about the Elimination Chamber glass being "bulletproof", yet Jericho and Michaels get thrown thru the glass with ease.

Otherwise, a PPV that had me thoroughly entertained.

25 X 25? I never realized the ring in MSG was bigger than anywhere else. I was definitely digging the entrance video displayer/entranceway setup. I'm still undecided whether I prefer HIAC or the Chamber but if they keep the brands separate then they're definitely both great "signature matches". I thought Jericho had a new belt but I wasn't sure. And finally, it was so nice to see a WWE PPV without a single McMahon. When's the last time that happened? KOTR 94?

This was without a doubt one of the most vicious PPV's I could remember in a long time. The setting looked fantastic and the crowd was really good.

-Bubba/Spike/Jeff v. 3minutes/Rico- This match was violent. But a lot of missed spots. Jeff if it's your fault or not maybe it's time to stop the rail run. It looks beautiful when connected but it's hit/miss ratio is falling to Flair turnbuckle flip ratio this year. Jeff jumped to a 3 minute guy and he didn't bother catching him and of course Rico waiting for Jeff for it seemed like forever and even yelled "come on Jeff"... But I think I can overlook that when the crowd was so hot for this and there was such an effort out there. I'm not really one to hang people for minor miscues even though this match had maybe too many.

-Kidman v. Noble - uhh don't debut new music on PPV and especially don't do it for title matches. That DDT with Noble feet on the ropes was sick looking. Nidia really is a great valet she added to the match. Nice match but not spectacular cruisers but it was nice.

-Vicki v. Trish- Didn't know if this hardcore will mean intense or silly. The answer was INTENSE. Jeesh girls protect yourselves sometimes. They took amazing full force shots during the entire match... Amazing spots like Trish going for the handstand headscissors and getting blocked then going upside down and grabbing a Trash lid and bashing Vickie in the face with it. Trish setting up the catapult then changing her mind and place Vicki's head under the Trash can that was in the corner and doing the move then. And what a visual of Trish with kendo stick in hand raised high above her head and then nailing Vicki with it.

Oh Victoria got her shots in as well. The front flip from the outside-in. Trish with the lid, Vicki with the broomstick, broomstick wins with Trish eating the lid. Plus the opening sequence with Vicki swinging and Trish ducking and then jumping over the stick. Like the test of strength with Trish flipping Vicki over then Vicki flipping back and choking Trish. The ending was a little unexpected and ended quickly after such an intense match. But if you think about it Trish gets blinded and Victoria goes for a quick pin to end it is realistic even though it was surprising... Amazing effort and work by both hopefully they get rewarded. How? By getting the hell away from that piece of crap Lawler who wonders if they will rip each others clothes off when they set up and delivered an amazing athletic effort.

-Big Show v. Lesner- Let me just say the visual of the F5 on the Big Show was more amazing then I even imagined. It looked like full force contact. Thought Brock broke the ref when he ran into him... Say the swerve coming when Paul promised to do anything the help his "client". It might work out in the end I just have a awful taste in my mouth with all those amazing workers on Smackdown, Big Show is there champion. And I'm not even a Big Show hater like a lot on the net, but I do think it sucks that he's champion. And not for heel reasons it's because he bores me and dont' want to see high quantities of him

-Guerreros v. Edge/Mysterio v. Angle/Benoit- I guess the expectation level was so off the charts for me here but it also didn't really matched up to it. It was good but overall disappointing. Boy did I think Myserio hurt himself by missing the top rope when being tossed on to it. He missed a couple of spots... Those MSG fans were hurting for Angle (I always find it funny huge pop with a U suck chant seconds after), Benoit got a nice reaction also. When they were eliminated first it seemed to take the sails out of the crowd and the last 2 teams never really got them back.

-HBK v. HHH v. Y2J v. Kane v. BT v. RVD- I thought the cage, the concept, and the match was spectacular. What an athlete RVD is, the spiderman move looked great. I thought he hurt HHH ribs forsure when he went for the 5 star of the chamber... I really think Jericho looked like a legit star tonight. His interplay with Michaels who was stuck in the chamber, grabbing RVD's leg when RVD was on top of his chamber. Being put through the glass, being the 3rd guy out and staying until the final 3. He looked damn good tonight. I like HBK, don't know how smart it is to give him the title (and I'm sure I'll/we'll discuss this in the future) but it was good to see him in there. But I gotta admit the thought of "Wow you really could make someone new really over by winning this match" crossed my mind but it ended up with HHh v. HBK in the end.

-other stuff- Dudleyz reunite, what about Ron Simmons?... I sighed when I saw Saliva going to sing, but it was decent with the videos of the top 4 matches (including the woman. Yay)... I know some rip Vicki's acting, I kinda like it. I did laugh when the Mirror answered Trish was more beautiful... Angle wanted a hug, how cute. Too bad the partnership ended tonight, I was really getting into it... Didn't expect the Steiner run in at all (how dumb of me). What killed me he squashed 2 of my favourite mid-card funny guys. Why does that always happen to me "Ohh he dropped the F bomb" he's got attitude or is it desire. No no Ruthless egression. Well whatever... HBK backstage promo did a job to RNN. Digs the friendly flight attendance *winks*.

This is the first time in a long time that I think the Raw brand outshined the Smackdown Brand. Let's look

-World Titles - Advantage Raw, Raw's world title was just a spectacular.
-Raw Womens v. SD cruisers - I thought it was pretty even. Maybe even the women match stepped up/ surprised a bit more then the cruisers match did
-3way SD tag v. raw tables match- I thought the SD match was good but disappointing while the Raw had some miss spots but really got over strong. I'd call this one a push.

I thought the PPV was really solid. And going in we all thought the SD tag match will make or break the PPV. And with that being lower then expectations a lot of other stuff like the main event, Womens, Tag tables really stepped up.

Boy did I write a lot. Hope someone reads it, I read yours...LOL

Tazz and Cole are getting stronger and stronger every day. They were on. Lawler and JR keeps on putting down all women not named Trish or Stacy. And they were a bit melodramatic about HBK and especially HHH.

I don't think any sane person would volunteer to take a Frankensteiner from Scotty these days. Considering how roided up he is, I doubt he could pull it off without breaking someones neck.

I want you to know, I agree with everything I've just said.

Let me see if I can figure this out, ok?

"HurriDust" vs. "The Short Haired Un-Americans" is bumped from the PPV and for what? Saliva from The World? Having to listen to Chris Nowinski & Mattitude drone on...and on.....and on, until (more on THAT in a moment)??

Meanwhile, people who mainly or exclusively appear on Heat get screwed out of a PPV paycheck?

The mind wobbles.

The wrestling firm of Dudley, Dudley & Hardy vs. 3 Minute Warning:
So, we're progressing through the match & my boyfriend says, "What they need is for D'Von to come out and make the save."

"Oh honey, come on. They're not gonna do that. D'Von's on SmackDown and they're sure as hell not doing shit with him....OH, MY GOD!"

That was the first of two sweet, sweet mark-out moments.

Otherwise, pretty enjoyable opening.

Noble w/Nidia vs. Kidman:
Fave moment was the DDT spot in the corner! But seems like it was just too soon in the feud to give Kidman the win for the title; guess we'll see part two of this next month.

Women's Hardcore Title:
I've liked Victoria ever since seeing her in action at last year's Pillman show & have really enjoyed hell out of this feud with her & Trish. It's proof that it doesn't have to be "two girlfriends of the male wrestlers feuding over the guy". Would actually love to see them take it in kind of a "Single White Female" direction--now THAT would make for some intense promos, backstage vignettes, etc.

A really creative intense, well executed hardcore match that blended athleticism & creative use of the various foreign objects at ringside. Just a pleasure to watch all the way around.

Show vs. Lesnar:
One of my best friends is a huge Big Show fan, so I'm happy about this for her sake, even though I KNOW she'll hate the newly forged Show/Heyman alliance.

I honestly think that if Lesnar wasn't so injured we wouldn't have seen what we did last night. Still could've had the swerve with Heyman--imagine the pop from the crowd if Lesnar had chased "runs like a girl Version 2.0" around the ring, then rolled back in and pinned Show. Crowd would've been nuts.

It'd be kind of fun now to see Stephanie come out on SmackDown, strip Show of the title, and set up a tournament leading into "Armageddon". Then, you could have guys like Edge, maybe even Benoit & Angle, get a chance to chase for the big gold. But, I'm not holding my breath for it to happen.

Three Way Tag Dance/SmackDown brand: Seems like the wind went out of this one when Benoit/Angle were eliminated. However, I'm happy to see the Guerreros walk out with the belt here. They're a solid, solid team on all fronts and that's just proof that, even in wrestling, good things can still happen for good people.

Give credit to Angle for the line of the night though:
"Tag team partners don't shake hands! Tag team partners gotta hug!"

(The discomfort on Benoit's face in that whole scenario is just priceless.)

So I'm sittin' there, listenin' to Harvard Chris & Mattitude drone on.....and on......("loopid"....per-lease, gimme a break!)....and on....when

SIREN HITS AND MSG GOES BALLISTIC!!

And we have our second mark-out moment of the night when those two become Steiner fodder!!

(I have a new favorite wrestler now.....I HEAR YA & I'M HOLLERIN'!!)

Elimination Chamber:
I know this is going to put me in a distinct minority, but this is the one that REALLY left me dissatisfied. When it got down to Jericho/Trips/HBK at the end, I was all but frothing at the mouth at the long-shot possibility of the King of The World making the Klique duo his bitches & walking out of MSG with the title.

Alas, it wasn't to be. This is where the man and I were divided--he didn't want Triple HGH to win & said "if the last two aren't Michaels & HHH, the crowd's gonna riot, especially if HHH retains."

For once in my stinkin', miserable mark life I was ACTUALLY HOPING TRIPLE H WOULD WIN ONE. Go figure.

All things considered though, this was a damn fine & fun PPV. I've enjoyed the last three; now if only they could find a way to fix their problems and make the weekly shows that consistently entertaining.

And I'll believe in miracles if Y2J or RVD comes out tonight & makes HBK their bitch to get the title.

"And you won't hate me because I'm just a little, teeny, weeny, wee bit bloodthirsty, will you?" (Katisha/"The Mikado")

Yes, but you see, they have to establish these things: 1. Triple H is the leader of the faction, thus he gets to come out last. 2. Triple H is too good to come out to Batista's music...but Batista and Ric Flair aren't. 3.
