The surfer-style Sting, early in his career before his knee injury. Unfortunately I haven't seen any matches he took place in before the injury, but from what I understand he was quite the high-flyer!
I'd also like to have Ric Flair back in his prime, for that matter. He's embarrassing himself nowadays, but it's unbelievable how good he was when he was at the top of his game.
I'll agree with Sinister and Darryl, and say that I'd love to see prime-condition Randy Savage, as well.
Who else? Hmmm... Hayabusa, Psychosis, Juventud Guerrera, Ultimo Dragon (my dreams may soon come true on that one... YAY!), Dean Malenko, Brian Pillman (*sniff sniff*), and Owen Hart (likewise).

Sorry, I got to ask. If you ONLY watch WWE how do you even know who some of those guys are?
If you ever get past your WWE devotion spend $10 on a TNA PPV one week and you might see 2 or 3 of those elsewhere dudes.
I am devoted to WWE, that's true. I can't dispute that. However, I did sometimes watch ECW when it was on TNN. That's how I first saw some of those guys. In Jerry Lynn's case, I first remmber seeing him in the WWF in the fall of 1997. That's not a major point, though. I do not own a satellite dish so watching NWA-TNA isn't an option for me. Even if it was, I don't know what satellite system carries it up here in Canada. That's also a minor point. So given that the only federation I currently have access to is WWE, the only way I'll ever see any of these guys again is if they come back to WWE. I personally don't want to get past my WWE devotion so if you respect my right to focus on WWE, I'll respect your right to have a more varied diet of Wrestling. Fair enough? No hard feelings meant by this either; I just wanted to clear up a few points was all.
Faust:the whole damn IWC needs to take themselves less seriously - and more importantly - take wrestling less seriously. Swordsman Yen:How's this for taking wrestling less seriously? *click*
I'm in complete agreement on several of the earlier choices: Psychosis, Crowbar, Ultimo Dragon, DDP (very badly underrated, in my view), Steamboat, Mike Sanders, and Mick Foley. The one I miss the most, though, regardless of his physical ailments and gimmick, is Sting. I'm a Sting mark, plain and simple, whether in surfer or Crow persona, and would love to see him back on my TV.
Jeff Jarrett - There was a time in WCW where he was the ONLY interesting thing on the show. SlapNutz still gets a chuckle out of me
Joey Styles/ Cyrus - If you happened to sit through Heat this weekend (god help you and me). You would put this down too. 6 months ago I was asking for them to do SD but now I'm thinking Raw. Well I still like Ross somewhat. Cyrus doing colour for Raw, Styles doing play by play for WWE B-shows (for now)
Chastity/ Daphne/ Muffy- Muffy's cute as a button. I dug Chastity almost immediately. I think Daphanie is cool as well. I like the alternative girls, too bad WWE resident alternative gurl (Lita) is a girl I just can't stand.
Vampiro- I liked him, liked his look and his style. It was different then you usually see. And seeing how RVD got over with his unique style maybe they'd allow Vampiro to do the same.
Hulk Hogan- I don't care how uncool it makes me. I'm a Hulkamaniac and I enjoyed his last run.
Mic Foley - Things just seem more fun when he's around
Steve Austin - I need to hear that glass break again and Austin raising hell. I miss him so much
I would do all time guys I'd like to see back but the list is just too long.
(edited by Net Hack Slasher on 11.11.02 0627) About a hundred views with no props *sigh*
Owen Hart Razor Ramon (Not Scott Hall but the Razor Ramon that fought Shawn in that ladder match) Ted DiBiase (his music rocked, and he is the most bastardly heal ever)
(edited by miknight on 11.11.02 2044) ONWARD TO MEDIOCRITY!!!!! or You Should Write That Down - Van Wilder
- Magnum TA (might not have reached his prime before his accident) - Randy Savage - Ricky Steamboat - Ric Flair - Gino Hernandez - Arn Anderson - Great Muta - Owen Hart - Steve Austin - Cactus Jack - Scott Steiner (before he became immobile)
Tag teams:
- Midnight Express - Road Warriors - British Bulldogs - Hart Foundation - Hollywood Blondes - Dynamic Duo (Gino Hernandez & Chris Adams)
And, I would love to see the mid '80s Four Horsemen raising hell again.
i have to second that. he LIT UP the crusierweight div and then just faded away into another dimension, never to be heard from again...
Wrestling has been rhyming with ass. I miss shows and it makes me all shades of ambivalence. WWE is starting to suck again. The crops? Jeezum Spice! Someone stole my crops. What in the ham fat is going on. That's just poo-doo! That's just my 2.4856 Yen.
Well, you can't have RVD vs. Kane if RVD & Kane are wrestling as a team in the same PPV. Switch the RVD/Kane match with Booker T vs. Christian and make the tag match a blowoff with Morley and Storm. That would work out well. Fuck Test, anyway.
