Is it just me or does anyone remember a "NEWS ITEM" and i use that term sparingly, about TE3 contestant going crazy and trying to get into WWE shows?

I remember something about a crazy contestant from TE3 but I don't remember the part about them trying to get into shows. However, the details of the article are a little fuzzy so I digress.

It's Lisa, the soccer girl.

Seadawg had the whole story in one of his reports. You may want to try slashwrestling to see if it is still there. I believe it was posted two/three weeks ago.

I keep watching Lisa for signs of freakishness, and I believe they are noticeable. She usually has a really strange look on her face and it looks like her chin is stapled to her chest in a Garth Algar kind of way.

I think the whole freakout thing happens this Thursday. In the article, it was mentioned that she went ape when the rest of the cast went out and left her alone at the house. That scenario was teased to take place this Thursday, so stay tuned.

Well, they previewed it during Raw. They are indeed going with the crazy chick storyline this Thursday on TE3.

Of course, was there ever any doubt? This is MTV and WWE, so any opportunity to be sensational, exploitative and distasteful will be seized.

But it'll be fun to watch!

IIRC, the article said that the other contestants were not informed of the reasons why Lisa left the show. Check back in one of Seadawg's /tuesday articles a couple weeks back, or look through Reality News Online's coverage of TEIII, especially their interview with Big.

Apparently, she was left behind in the house while the others went out partying. She began running around and crashing into walls, then climbed on the roof and claimed she was going to jump. Our favorite host John "Big" Gaburick was called to come over and managed to talk her down.

"Lisa" was hospitalized for three days against her will and put into a straightjacket to keep her from harming herself. She was released to her parents, who took her home to New Mexico. She attacked her parents and ran away, and was again sent to a hospital.

Later, she called MTV and Tough Enough staffers to try and get back onto the show. She was, of course, unsuccessful.

She has since been 'stalking' WWE events trying to get backstage, even at one point conversing with Vince McMahon. Her picture has since been given to all WWE security officials to keep her away from events.

They dont put people in straight jackets anymore. Chemical sedation is the perferred "restraint" method, that or four point restraints, with both arms and legs secured to the bed.

I know this may be in bad taste but how does Lisa stalking Vince and the WWE compare to the DDP stalking Sara storyline?

I like the Lisa bit a whole lot better.

And since when does Vince pass up on storylines like this? Just picture it, back in the boiler room, someone in a straight jacket thrashing around with a mask on their face. Could it be that Mankind is back and 250lbs lighter? NO! It's Lisa the Psycho from tough enough! Here to raise hell in the WWE! They could bring her in to attack the TE3 winners and instructors. I can see her running around screaming like the girl who used to hang with Crowbar in wcw. Wasn't that Daphne?

'Preferred' hardly includes, 'exclusive.' Doesn't even imply it. My take from what little leaks out in the news regarding treatment of the mentally ill is that we have a lot of much better procedures on the books than what actually happens to them.

By the way, if she remained otherwise qualified (i.e. no physical injury making it impossible to workout/wrestle), and she had just returned directly after being released, the involuntary nature of her commitment would have in no way affected her ADA protected right to continue on the program.

However, she clearly remains disturbed and her subsequent actions provided ooodles of justification to cut her.

A really cruel person would start a pool or thread on which current or former TE player they'd like to see her take vengeance upon, but I'm only 'cruel,' not 'really cruel.'

I'm hoping Contributor Parts Unknown meant Darryl, cause he's my "really cruel" pick.

That exactly what Contributor Parts Unknown had in mind.

Imagine Daryl running through the checkout line, spiking a loaf of bread and when he says the third "BREAKDOWN!" Lisa comes running in and hacking him with a machete.

Come on. You know you would mark out.

Vince will give her a contract because she's generated the most talk out of anyone on this season's show. Eh, either her or that drama queen lazy black guy who got booted off the casting special.
