Oh, man, Nixon rules. I see you're from CT, so did you watch the game on Fox where Nixon 'won' the NASCAR competition he has with Sean and Jerry? He cut a promo straight out of Bret Hart's book, about how he was "the best there is, the best there was, the best there ever will be." Also referred to himself as the Excellence of Execution. It went on forever, too. :)
Using a key to gouge expletives on another's vehicle is a sign of trust and friendship.

No, I don't think I managed to catch it. Did WCTX pick it up? (If they didn't, Cox is pretty good about picking up whatever games the Boston Fox affiliate has.)

You guys should check out Todd Wright All-Night on ESPN Radio. Granted it's on from 2am EST-6am, but the Trot Nixon Show is a regular weekly segment. It's classic. That guy is hilarious. In fact, I'm pretty sure there's a nice archive on ESPNRadio.com.

Columbus Blue Jackets: Ignite The Night (yeah, the motto sucks, but the team might not!)
The Trot Nixon Show? Sweet! Hey, wait a minute. Now I know what Bubba was gonna say before he was interrupted.
"This is NOT the Triple H show! This is NOT the Ric Flair show! This is the TROT NIXON SHOW!!!!!"
You know, one of these days Chris Jericho is going to beat Triple H cleanly in the center of the ring with a perfectly fine count. At that time, the planet Mars shall turn purple, Haley's comet shall become a nightly observation, and the Internet will not be happy.
Thanks for the heads up. Billy Beane lived here for ever while in the minor leagues, so he is on the local ESPN radio affiliate with the former GM of the team all the time. He always seems like a heck of guy. I'm glad he is doing well.
