Mark, you're a genius!

Check this out - predictions at the start of the season

You got Arizona and San Francisco reversed, and picked Seattle as the AL Wild Card but you were otherwise FLAWLESS!

Too bad we can't say the same about the Wienerville rotisserie league... (Sorry!)

Those are some impressive picks though... I nailed a grand total of 4 out of 8 - and my AL picks were god awful.

Don't bring up the Wienerville Roto League! I have been stuck in 2nd place for 2 months now I think, unable to move up or down, destined to forever be a bridesmaid, never the bride of victory!

Bears Forget NFL Games go 60 minutes:
New Orleans 29, Chicago 23
Bears go to 2-1 (next at Buffalo)
Congratulations to the Brisbane Lions for beating my Collingwood Magpies for the AFL Premiership...we'll get you next year though!
Brisbane 10 15 75
Collingwood 9 12 66

So that's YOU behind me! I never knew who handled whom, but I've been riding first place most of the season, trading it a couple of times with Mecca Of Manhood at one point - but they've since fallen off.

Its amazing how many people picked the Mets to win the NL East and for the Braves to not even make the playoffs.

And 100 wins later.........The Braves are in and the Mets are 26 and a half games back AND in last place.

For a brief moment of like 2 days I had gotten into a tie for first, and then I couldn't quite hold on. I've quit even opening up the daily standings email, as I know I'm stuck in second place :)

Man, I don't know WHAT the hell happened to my team. The Mecca of Manhood was in first for like 75% of the season, and then, bang. The bottom fell out. I blame the Curse of the Bambino.

Heh. You think that's bad, Quezzy? I was in one league on CBS where I made precisely one personnel move (picking up Colorado's backup catcher when he got hot... I forget the name exactly), didn't bother showing up for the draft... and finished third. Then again, one of the owners had three teams in that league... remind me never to go the public league route again. -_-

I had first for a few weeks, then slipped comfortably into third...where I remained for, oh, 5 months.

I just looked at those predictions, and I did pretty well. Excpet for the Cubs. And the Rangers. Yeesh, what was I thinking?
