Over the last couple monthes, I've slowly become a Jeff Hardy fan, and I was never really sure why...
He constantly looks like he's doped up, his spots are ruining spots all together, and he's... weird.
... He's very weird, in fact. I think that's why I'm starting to really like him.
Because he's so... out there, he's DIFFERENT from everyone else on the roster. These days, it seems that almost every WWE star is playing the same kind of character, and they're even all wrestling the same, with a few exceptions. Jeff's... 'character', however, is just being himself, and I find that he acually has some kind of... depth to him. I dunno... maybe I just like his 'Live in the Now' philosophy... or maybe it's 'cause he's kinda cute... *coughs*
Anyway, are there any other Jeff Jeff fans out there anymore?

I was thinking the same thing last night watching him get pummeled by The Big Show. Jeff Hardy has and does a lot of little things that set him apart from everyone else (and I dont just mean the face paint).
On a side note, I think it's a lack of the little things that makes today's shows a lot less exciting that before.
It's kind of creepy, because I work at a mall, and I see many, many kids walking around who look like lil' Jeff Hardy clones. He looks strange and outlandish in the WWE ring, but he would look totally normal and boring in the parts I work in.
There is something about him that makes you care about him. Makes you happy when he wins and sad when he looses. Something that I don't feel about with most wrestlers, except the special few.
The blown spots are enough to drive you crazy. Everything is in place for him to really make a mark and now he's even blowing his own spots that he's been hitting for years. A few new moves wouldn't hurt either.
I really enjoy the character though, facepaint and all.

But, why?

Looks like the brand extension applies to WWF.com as well. Raw's got its own subsite for its show previews, recaps and superstar bios, here...

And before you ask, I checked... there's no smackdown.wwf.
