These commercials are superfine because they pay for the production costs of putting CHRIS MOTHERFUCKING BENOIT on my GODDAMN TV SCREEN! I will GO GREYHOUND! I am thinking OUTSIDE THE BUN! – Dean Rasmussen 8/1/2002 Smackdown Workrate Report
McMahon said she is not as attractive as she was when she was first brought in? Now come on, I've been known to like the look of a female bodybuilder or two, but NICOLE FREAKIN BASS is the nastiest looking female bodybuilder on the planet, was then and is now. Nothing has changed. That's a pretty dumb comment from McMahon.
There are many other "amazons" he could have chosen to be in the ring besides her--if they had her same level of "talent" at least they would have been slightly more attractive. Colette Nelson, Debi Laszewski, and others come to mind. Bass was just flat out one of the worst hires the WWE has ever made, and now they will hopefully pay for it.
Why should they pay for it? I think it made perfect sense. Nicole Bass would have been a great monster female-heel for Chyna to fight. The fact that she was ass-ugly made it all the better. Though, I can't for the life of me figure out who in the world would possibly sexually harass her besides a woman who was into really ugly drag-queens.....
Craig Reade "Pool Boy" 0-2!!!!! On the road to 0-16!
It is scary what happens when Vince goes on the stand though. I mean, the company has had a few sexual harrassment problems in the past, but Vince doesn't think its necessary to explain company policy, instead let the wrestlers interpret what they believe is best? Vince's testimony is going to end that inspiring WWE winning streak at 1 in the court of law.
Thank you Mr. Wanz for the check, now you get an AWA World Title Reign. But be careful, my boy Greg is a heat machine.
Yeah, but as soon as Vince admits what any company policy is and how much of it he has say in, he leaves himself open to countless future lawsuits (people like Sable would have been able to pull out quotes from him saying he knows what goes on in the back, and he'd be screwed for a defense).
It's better for him to look stupid and take a short loss than be ballsy and have it haunt him for years.
IIRC, the story broke a while back on a reputable news site (though I forget which, now) that the person in question of harrassing Nicole Bass was... Steve Lombardi.
The Brooklyn Brawler harrassing a woman is Mind Boggling, but I guess it makes a bit more sense when you consider it was Bass and all.

Bass is a Woman? Looks more like the love child of Lurch and Cousin It.

It's really difficult to root for Bass, I mean someone who goes to the Howard Stern show to announce a lawsuit doesn't really push her credibility level.
But I do believe if there's smoke there probably fire, and we hear story after story of backstage garbage from Sable to Tiger Ali, to WCW ref, to Bass.
I just dont' get why Vince doesn't bother or care to having/expecting more professionalism from his workers. I mean Brooklyn Brawler? Bradshaw? Why is Vince even risk it over these people... One of these days someone is going to burn him hard and (much like the ratings slide) he has no one to blame but himself. I'm a WWE fan, I don't want anything bad to happen to it but with continued attitude like this how can you NOT think one days he will get his. Well I guess "boys will be boys"
I've noticed sometimes he adds little moves here and there and doesn't do some of his moves a lot of the time. For a long time he didn't do the floatover ddt, but I remember him doing it during the Iron Man match again, and doing it occasionally.
