Saw Millionaire -- here's what happened/thoughts on them:
Meredith's not bad, but she ain't Reege! I will give her an 'e' for effort, although. Maybe she'll get better, maybe not. The problem is, however, that this was Reege's show, just like anyone that watched Feud knows that it was Richard Dawson's show.
The only big change is that there's no FF. I heard that the questions were going to be timed, but they weren't; just edit-o-rama!
In all, it's watchable, but only for the contestants and the questions. Who wants to bet that they will try to get Reege again if they get under a 4 in the November book? :)
"I only wish Eminem could relax and enjoy all he has: his unique talent, and his smooth white hair, which brings to mind a beagle's nutsack. He should lighten up...I mean, my mom was a bitch too, but I don't go writing songs about it." --Triumph, The Insult Comic Dog

One thing I absolutely loved was the fact that Meredith worked in the pauses after the contestant's final answer. It's such a great way to create tension "I'm a fat man Regis, my heart can take it!" that I missed when it was worked out of the equation on the main show, I felt it really lost something. I don't want her to go the route that I've seen on clips of Chris Tarrant from England, because the silence, with only the music in the background, makes it incredibly dramatic.
"What happened to X-Pac? Who do you think is in the burgers?"
Millionaire is still a good show, though I still think that Meredith Viera (and Regis, for that matter) are too nice. The British guy is nice, but he can be a total bastard with the pauses, too.
I was born in a manger, like that other guy. You know, he wore a hat?
