Attention fans in the Pacific Northwest: A special World Wrestling Entertainment media event is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 10 a.m. in Seattle. Check WWE.com early next week for more details.
I thought I read something on OO about some city with a dome being considered for WMX9, it might've been Seattle.
Yeah, Seattle was the rumored city, since the WWF seems intent on igorning the awesomeness of MOUND CITY~! and the Edward Jones Dome just sitting there ready to recreate some old school NWA goodness for WrestleMania.
Not that I've anything against Seattle; STL can wait for 21 (since everyone knows 20 is all about MSG.)
Damn...From Holland to Seattle..thats gonna be a nasty flight..I wonder if they will have a Starbucks there though.
On a side note, we all assume WM20 will be at the MSG.. But the past 2 WMs filled up with 67,000+ people and let's assume that they will fill up this one too (how much people will fit in) then could they go back to a WM with 17,000.
This question doesn't need to be answered with a 'they would be happy to fill that come 2004' because this assumes they don't run themselves out of business.
Can they allow themselves to go back to 17 just for nostalgia when they can have 50+ ??

Oh, and as for the coffee question: This is SEATTLE. We have at least one coffee shop per block. And if you're near a university area, that ratio jumps to at least three per block.
Like Phantom, I too am a Seattlite. I really hope that is the announcement for WMX9! I already have $600 locked up just in case! Yes, there are plenty of coffee places in Western Washington!
Oh, and RUSH this weekend at the ever famous Gorge in George!!!!!

In that case me and my friends will have a great time with our running gag or spotting a coffee house and going 'Damn, this is the first one I have seen in this town so far! You'd think Starbucks would have branched out a bit more now!'
It worked great in New York,Houston and Toronto
How many people will fit into the place? And you betcha it will be for WM, Rush4life..what else could it be? 'we announce that we will team up with Microsoft?' ?????

I suppose Wrestlemania is coming to Seattle, but more importantly, so am I in three weeks! Woo-hoo!
As for the Starbucks game, in Toronto the game is much better played with Tim Hortons locations. In Baltimore, where I live now, it's crack whores.
On the topic of MSG for X20, I don't think they'd do it for a house of 17,000. They're turning 'Mania into a commodity, and while business is really down, 'Mania isn't to the casual fan anymore, almost guaranteeing a sold-out 50,000+ house.
I came to the realization that I don't like Dean Ambrose. Over the last 6-12 months, he has cut one good promo. His in-ring work is so fucking cookie cutter and non-sensical (not in the good crazy unpredictable way they intend)
