Some people in the Wednesday thread asked me to share some photos. For those that don't know, I'm an Assistant Principal in a Special Education High School. Our Art Therapist came up with this idea for students and staff to be able to pay tribute. Students had been asking what we planning on doing for a few weeks now. The idea is that staff and students take down a colored card, write/draw a message and post it back on the mosaic.
That's really touching, I'm glad to hear stuff like this is happening in schools. I graduated high school two years ago, and won't be touching college for another year, so I'm out of touch with public schooling.
Very cool and touching. It's good to do that for anyone, espically special education children.... it's good if you can help them understand what happened, and feel better. Good job DrOp.
I love ya baby, but all I can think about is, Kielbasa sausage, your butt cheeks is warm! Go Norcross Blue Devils!
I'd be perfectly happy to leave these guys to rot in Camp X-Ray for taking up arms against our country. However, I'm not happy with my government circumventing the laws it was designed to uphold.
