Bitrate/genre doesn't really matter, just looking for some quality stuff, other than the Shoutcast.com directory.
My favorite one, These Boots Are Made For Walking, which played a lot of BSX stuff went tits up a while back, and I'm just now getting back into the whole online music thing again.
The only one I would recommend anymore would be BBC 1. Its the only one I listen to anymore. Also good were WXDX and WDVE (both out of Pittsburgh) but they are currently shut down. Probably too much mainstream stuff on those for you though.
Its just one. Better now than when it really matters. Really. Pens camp on Thursday.
DVE is worth it just for Scott Paulsen's show alone - although I don't know if he'd be half as funny or interesting if you aren't from here. The X is a fine station, don't get me wrong, but there's one just like it in every city in the country.

Metallica is back to their old school hard rock metal. I heard a couple of samples today on the net and it does not sound that bad. I believe the album comes out next week or actually this friday? I've heard different dates.
