The Booker T, Lance Storm, Hurricane figures are supposed to have been out for awhile now. I've gone out of my way to find the Storm and Booker T's, but have NEVER, EVER even seen the series of these guys in stores. It's kind of sad, I've searched for the last few months they're supposed to have been out and haven't seen one (well, I have seen a Booker, but it's one of those 136 points of articulation figures, and he's not in wrestling gear). Maybe this is just a Southeast Ohio thing, but has anyone else seen these figures? I really don't want to go to the trouble of bidding on these bad boys on ebay, either.
A friend of mine's sister's cousin saw Benoit walking through an airport.
Me: Was he selling? He shouldn't have been if he was. I mean it IS just an airport.
I saw Hurricane and Ric Flair once, and should`ve bought Hurricane but didn`t. I keep forgetting to look around for him again. I just saw something on 411 the other day that I believe said they were re-releasing that set on boards that have the WWE logo.
"Hollywood Hulk Hogan lost his hair match to Mother Nature, dude!"
That's funny because I saw slews of all of those guys at the Toys R Us, Target, and Walmart, when I was visiting my parents for my niece's birtday last week. The had all the 'new' WCW ones, but I didn't feel like buying any.
The most common figure, though: Steve Austin (still) The figure that every store but Walmart was out of: (Cue conspiracy music) HHH
Here in Miami, they already have the new "Unchained Fury" series out. I tried looking for "Ric Flair vs. Vince McMahon", but all they had was Lance Storm.
Isn't it ironic seeing a guy with a "Saved 1" shirt lying in a pool of his own blood with a head-sized hole in the car next to him?
Man, I can't find any of those either Deoin, but it sounds like everyone is getting them, they must be biased against our states or something. I live in Alabama, but we have the 2nd largest Walmart in the nation and we don't have any of the new ones yet either. Nor does the Toys R Us here, and the Target here has very little selection as far as wrestling figures go.
F'rinstance, I found this by searching on "WWE Hurricane" and there's a link to a Lance Storm figure lower down on that page. (If this link doesn't work, then enter "WWE Hurricane" in the search box and start over)
Actually, you should go to Amazon Onslaught and let Scaia refer you to toysrus.com. ;-)
I actually looked for Hurricane in a TRU today. I saw Flair, Tajiri, and Storm. And I saw a new line I`d never seen before. They come with what looks like that JVC GigaTube or whatever brings us the Slam of the Night, which plays a crappy digitized version of said wrestler`s theme song. There actually is a Billy Gunn which plays "I`ve Got It All", which, like most things involving Monty Sopp, amused me greatly.
"Hollywood Hulk Hogan lost his hair match to Mother Nature, dude!"
I stumbled across a Booker T and a really beat-up Tajiri in Value City, of all places. (Hmmm, is that a national chain or not? If it isn't, it's a really shitty outlet store.) Lance Storm and Ric Flair tend to be everywhere.
Still haven't found an RVD or Hurricane, though.
(Not to mention the draft series, which supposedly has Maven and DDP. Or the swank Hulk Hogan three-pack.)

I have seen some of the draft series, but none of the guys I want (Lance, Hurricane, etc) were drafted. I have seen the Hogan set as well as many new nWos including a Steve Austin vs. Scott Hall which i did buy along with a Pirate Spawn, cause those McFarlane toys are just the best.
The only Draft figures I've seen thus far have been at K-Mart and all from the SmackDown line (Rock, Hogan, Benoit, Edge, Rikishi, & D'Von). None of the other stores I've talked to know if they're going to get them or not and K-Mart doesn't even know how many more they'll get.
All the ones I'm still looking for are from the RAW line.
As for the Hurricane, Flair, Tajiri, etc. figures, I've seen those in several places, both the original and re-packaged versions. Odd thing about Tajiri though....for a company that makes such a big deal out of good likenesses, they FORGOT TO PAINT ON HIS FACIAL HAIR!
(This is what happens when you've been dating a toy collector for many years......)

This weekend I was in Cincinatti and they had TONS of figures. My only qualm was they didn't have the nWo Scott Hall. They had Nash, but no Hall. They also had some of those draft figures. Some of those are pretty rare (Spike Dudley for instance only has 5,000). And Lesnar isn't being made yet, at least from what I gleaned on the box. I saw the Tajiri, san Moustache (sp?) as well, laughed.

The dude with whom I share an equipment locker at work has the nWo Scott Hall sitting there. Damn if I know where he got him, but ol' Starship Coyote stares at me every time I get my gear...sadly, no beer bottle accessory.
(That's saved for the Cleveland Browns fans pix he's got on the locker wall. This Bud's for you...CLUNK!)

i do think some of the signs are over the line, but not necessarily comments about doing dishes. i mean, you can kind of dis anyone by saying they do your chores. i can remember at least one sign about Eddie that had the word "greaser" in it.
