With today being September 11th, 2002 and with all the touching and honorable tributes going on here and around the world, I felt this needed to be asked since I know I wish to give liberals a fair chance to defend themselves (not really, as they all need to die, bloody pigs ). What, exactly, are your guys' views on the, in my view *necessary* feeling, of nationalism?
My take as a Conservative is that we NEED nationalism. I've been to other countries, many of my friends have lived in other countries, and it is bullshit if you think other countries don't have pride. Too much of the time it is America trying to usher in a "United World" when the rest of the world doesn't want to or never would want too. The EU is an exception, but they even don't totally get along, and its more of a monetary issue than alliance. Without some people having nationalism we may start to forget our countries strengths and view all countries as equal and the same, which is another problem many want to do as well.
I love ya baby, but all I can think about is, Kielbasa sausage, your butt cheeks is warm! Go Norcross Blue Devils!

Newt Gingrich's chances of getting the Republican nomination for President in '08 and then winning the general election are only slightly less than Newt Gingrich getting appointed to the Supreme Court by President Alan Keyes in 2010.
