Just a kudos to DrewDeuce for a fine informative report.

Those of us who can't get those matches appreciate the developmental reports as they help supplement the WWE storylines. Thank you.

Definitely. I had no idea they were doing such interesting stuff there. Cool.

Do the "big leaguers" often continue to work shows in the OVW, or was that just a special occasion, because of the grand opening?

Thank you very much for the feedback!

Some of the WWE guys rehab there. I've seen D'Lo Brown, Bull Buchanan, Mark Henry, Val Venis and Kanyon work small stints there. Benoit had made an enforcer appearance during his rehab too.

I'm not sure if Prototype (John Cena), Leviathan (Bautista), Shelton Benjamin and Doug Basham will continue to work OVW on a weekly basis as they're touring with the WWE pretty extensively right now. I certainly hope so. Other than Brock Lesnar and Rico, they haven't been too absent from OVW since getting the call up.

I saw Chris Nowinski in a Kroger near me the other night. I was kind of surprised, and I think he could tell I knew who he was, but I didn't bug him since if you spot somebody in the grocery I consider them "off duty." I didn't follow him around to see what kind of stuff he was buying either. I was also surprised how tall he is (I'm 6'4) and I've never been all that impressed when seeing some wrestlers in person who had their heights greatly exaggerated (Scott Hall & Kevin Nash at an old WCW house show). Don't get me wrong, they're tall, but they weren't as tall as I'd been led to believe. He was tall (probably 6'7). Just thought I'd share.

Thanks again for the kind words. I wonder sometimes if anyone actually reads them when I do get around to submitting one.

Didn't Benoit have a match with Dinsmore in Dec. 2000?

Quite possibly. I wasn't watching the show then, but I think they showed clips of that on the shows leading up to this past week's "debut"

That's OK. Nobody else in the audience did either.
