Can anybody tell me why Chyna left the WWE?
The angle they gave it and the real reason?

By the way, I would like it if she would return and have some wrestlingmatches.. Who's with me?

Her contract ran out. She asked for a main-eventer's type salary, and was denied, as she was a mediocre wrestler and nowhere near a draw.

If you're so desperate to see her wrestle, she's about to start doing six-man matches in New Japan.

I know people are going to sat Im crazy but I think Chyna got the shaft. Believe or not Chyna had fans. Fans that dont tune in now because shes not there. Female fans especially. People really bought that strong woman shit. I dont know the exact details of her departure from WWF but Im telling you, there are a lot of reasons the WWE has declining viewership and interest, and one of them is the departure of Chyna. Did she deserve Stone Cold or Rock type money? Probably not, but we dont really know what she was asking for do we? If I had to bet, I would place the blame on everybodys favorite couple, HHH and Stephy.

I hope Chyna never goes back to the WWE.

I don't see Chyna's departure as a reason for the WWE's declining ratings.

As far as the angle they gave it - there was none. She fought Lita in a pretty embarassing match last spring, held onto her women's title and... neither her nor the belt was mentioned again until the Women's Battle Royale at Survivor Series last year.

I was actually a pretty big Chyna fan (especially during her fued with Jeff Jarrett) until she started that egotystical "role model" bullshit, then I was happy to see her go.

Six-man matches in New Japan?

Would she be one of the men or something else?

I really don't wanna know.

I felt really bad for Chyna, the way things allegedly happened for her. I'm not claiming the following things to be fact, but she has been known to say them:

-She and HHH were talking about marriage and she said they were 'engaged'. He later comes back to retract that statement.

-She says they are together. He says they are not.

-The WWE sends her all around the world to promote her book, Playboy layouts, the work out video, movies, etc. She comes back home and finds love letters from Stephanie McMahon to HHH.

-Her contract goes up for negotiation. The WWE claims she asks for too much money and end negotions in the summer months (I believe). Her contract ended that fall.

-She and Lita have a spanking match set up by an awful promo, where Chyna blew all her lines and killed some of Lita's brain cells from trying to remember her lines. The match was horrible and we've not seen her since. (Except Celebrity Boxing on FOX)

Personally, I can't blame Chyna for leaving like that. Imagine having to work in an environment where your cheating ex- is screwing the bosses' daughter and it began while you were together. Maybe she sabotaged things to get away from the WWE because everyone knew what happened. She wasn't THAT BAD in the ring. She just benefited from the PR machine that the WWE had and maybe from HHH too.

If I remember correctly, Chyna asked for a million a year, to which the WWF responded : "HAHAHA, See ya!"

I know I was thrilled she was leaving. Strong woman my foot. She was a horrible worker. As a female fan, I'd much rather see a huge push going to a talented woman like Molly Holly, than a big, talentless mass of plastic surgery like Chyna.

Also, if I still remember correctly, Chyna herself seemed pretty unconcerned with leaving. She said she wanted to pursue a film career, and that she was done with wrestling. Sort of like Sable. Well, we all see how well that worked out. ;)

If it'd be just a one-shot deal (and if differences could be worked out), I wouldn't mind seeing her come back for one match...

Heel HHH and heel Chyna vs. HBK and Nash.

There'd be some pretty nice buildup to that match.

Geeze, that match would have 5 moves total. 3 would be Hunter's knee, the other 2 a sledgehammer.

DX/Klique is dead. And it's for the best.

You do have to feel for Chyna's personal situation with HHH and Steph. But I certainly don't feel for us from having to deal with watching her in-ring performance on a weekly basis. Jesus dear god...

Hell is going to be a lot like that. Actually it's going to be an 8-person intergender with Chyna,Mark Henry,Rikishi and Linda against The Big Slow, Jackie, Luna and the One Man Gang.

I do find it so ironic that the country where all internet geeks get off on and say it's better then North America recently gets Chyna and Goldberg.. ha ha

Taking personal biases aside, the thing with Chyna is "what to do with her" She was to awful and untalented to compete legitimately with the men. She could have been the "Paul Wright" of the women division but she felt it was beneath her to wrestle with women. So get her ass out of here.

Funny seeing a laundry list of poor Joanie. Well I got a list of my own that poor Joanie has done while in wrestling and out of it.

In no real order

- Diss Sable for plastic surgery, look I can't stand Sable, but how hypocritical is Chyna to comment on anyone about this situation. This is the first of many hypocritical acts I'm about to list

- How about when she wrestled men, she talks about it's entertainment, it's not real it's a give and take so I should be able to wrestle men. BUT when she was aksed to wrestle women then all of a sudden she starts taling about, oh it won't look realistic...Umm let me see we have seen small man beat big man, so why not small woman beat big woman? But it was fine that she does a never before seen woman beat A level man.

- No Sold Ivory and Molly, and didn't allow Molly to use her backflips to the corner, and Molly's backflips are fast and crisp while chyna's are in slowmotion.

- Almost killed Ivory with legs spin (can't remember the name when you grab your oppenents legs and go around in circles) she threw Ivory into the ropes, I thought Ivory was dead.

- Beats Lita then when someone questions her saying it's surprising she didn't job to Lita, she answered "Well atleast I sold for her liike a millions bucks" Wow Chyna want's to be pat on the back for selling.

- Diss Trish in Canadian TV, saying she was hired only for her looks (going against what Ross and other say that Trish has charisman and liked her ability to bump), if Chyna is correct or not is besides the point, what a hypocrite (there's that word again) Chyna was hired cause she looked like a man beast (oh ya also Joanie was sleeping with 2 of the WWE's biggest stars), Atleast Trish WASN'T doing anyone on the inside to get her foot in. Who is Chyna to talk like she's the indy star for years paying her dues, puh-lease, Never heard of her before Chyno came it... Well a year later lots of people are starting to respect Trish in ring and has become a fav for her looks and her skill and effort, while Chyna came in as a joke and left as a joke. And knocked out by an auto-mechanic (more on that later)

-She made LILIAN GARCIA CRY, Chyna's worse crime ever. Lilian & Trish have been travel buddies and best friends from day one (been confirmed by both girls). Well early in Trish's career she was taking bumps and I guess it took a bit of a toll on her body(Trish said recently her body wasn't used to it back then she had a slower time to recuperate).WWF asked Trish to take another bump, and Lilian spoke up for her friend and said Trish was very sore and maybe she shouldn't do it (kind of a sweet and niiice story.. but it gets ugly) Really UGLY, the ManBeast gets in Lilian's face and screams "WE ALL HAVE BUMPS AND BRUISES, WE ARE ALL SORE. IF SHE CAN'T TAKE IT SHE SHOULD LEAVE.. Why don't you stick with Oh say can you see" Freaking Lilian totally out she left the room crying, Shane McMahon had to calm her down telling Lil it's a code not to complain on behalf of other wrestlers... Code or not for the roided up Chyno to humiliate Lil in front of everyone like that (Lil Didn't know better) and not talk to her in private about it was pathetic, Joanie nuts should be stuck and teared in a vice for that act.

After she left

- The weekend WrestleMania tickets went on sale, and The Book is doing PR. Joanie comes to town trying to steal the spotlight. Not surprisingly enough durint WrestleMania weekend another ugly Has-bean Missy Hyatt came to town to pimp her book.

-during an mainstream interview, Chyna said she might come back to do WrestleManias...Oh wow thanks Joanie, you are will to grace us with your pressence once a year on the biggest show of the year, taking a spot away from girls that actually work and deserve to be the event, hell even TnA girls do PR work get on flights and long car rides every week. What a self centered bitch.

- Well her last glory whore act was Celebrity boxing, she broke the #1 rule of being a wrestler, 'don't get in a fight that you might lose' she went in there and got her ass kicked by a auto mechanic. Make matters worse she challenged him to 'her ring' Memo to Joanie "YOU don't have a ring"

Well is that enough reasoning why I *hate* her. Did I mention she made Lilian cry?!!

I actually think Chyna could have really picked things up alot for the womens division if she just would have worked with them more, like Jazz did. Unfortunately she wanted to be the "9th Wonder" and wrestle men, which in and of itself is not a horribly bad thing; she should have just broadened herself more and worked with the women too. She may still be around today if she did. I think she could have made a good monster heel if she would have been willing to eventually loose cleanly to someone like Trish.

I thought at the time that putting her in the women's division was a great idea- they could have gotten her over very well, and made for some exciting matches. But they made her TOO strong, and it got to the point where it was just not worth watching. Ivory could have carried her to a great match, and the only way Ivory could get over was a really fake injury angle. It was bad- and I am not sure it is all Chyna's fault that it was booked that way.
Sure, she is not the best wrestler, but she is more entertaining (wrestling wise) in the ring than Terri or Stacey, and she has more charisma than Jazz (who did not impress me in the least, I am sorry). Sure I would like to see her back, really I would. I think the women's division has taken SOME strides, but I would like to see a feud that did not revolve around the title for once...

I always thought in Hell we would be forced to watch a match that involved one of the Nasty Boys over and over- at least that was our take on it.

I can't imagine Chyna going over in a men's match in Japan. She got a lot of heat from the WWF men (remember Ahmed Johnson's comments in Mick Foley's first book), but Japanese puroresu seems even more chauvanistic. Anyone got info to counter my argument?

Anyone remember the backstage story when Edge and Christian were caught sucking up the the writers and as punishment the Undertaker made them ride with Chyna for a month and have to listen to her talk about herself.
