He wrestled a pretty good match on Heat against Justin Credible. Could be Credible's best match ever in the WWE.

Also on Heat, they set up a new feud between Raven and D-Lo Brown. Raven commentated on some of the matches and said that D-Lo cheated on his CPA test.

Good match, he needs better in-ring attire.I liked his OVW Ja Rule look, Holla. Back to the match: I thought it was a solid debut. I look forward to watching him more, I hope he's never put in the ring w/ Bradshaw(I'd hate for that clumsy oaf to wreck Sheldon's future, It's Murder!)

I was very impressed with Shelton Benjamin's debut I look forward to seeing him again. But I don't think he can get over no matter what they do with him.

I thought he was good in the ring, but he didn't seem to have much personality.

What a Manuever!

Pretty good match, and Benjamin impressed me more than former partner Brock Lesnar has so far. Shame HE couldn't have been the Next Big Thing. And it's hard to believe he won't get over when the crowd seemed pretty interested in him -- even when he was out there in his first match against a nobody like Justin Credible, the bottom of the WWE Jobber Pecking Scale.

How annoying was it that Raven and D'lo started their little argument in the middle of Benjamin's match? Bless the Coach for trying to keep things focused on what was happening in the ring.

i thought it was a pretty solid debut, and that finishing kick was GOLD. i'm digging credible's heat-jobber work, he's looked good as well as making his opponent look good in all of his recent losing efforts.

what surprises me, though, is how steven richards and matt hardy can continually put on these great tv matches! they've fought at least three times in the past month, that i've seen, and all have been different encounters almost entirely. good build-up, and really strong finishes for each match = thumbs up. oh, and matt wins the best of 3 series two falls to one!

p.s. regal's promo rocked bells.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who was sitting there and thinking that the Steven Richards/Matt Hardy match was pretty darn good, bordering on great.. and you wouldn't necessarily expect it out of those two.

Shelton Benjamin? He has promise, he seems to combine power and speed in one package. He press-slammed Justin, but also landed on his feet from a monkey flip. He doesn't have the size of his old tag partner Lesnar though, so he'll have to carve out his own niche. In other words.. stop having all the new guys come out using their real names! Give him a gimmick!

I couldn't agree more. There might as well be a stable with Shelton Benjamin, Brock Lesnar, John Cena, Randy Orton, Shannon Moore, and Jamie Noble all involved.

As for their entrance music, does it really matter? It's even more generic than the crop of new 'ruthless aggression' youngsters.

Oh, but Benjamin wrestled a good match with Credible on Heat. And Matt Hardy looked like he had a little bit of character stank on him tonight! Who knew?!?

YES! say hello to MATT HARDY: v1.0!!! i duno, i was diggin' the hand gestures, and the name. if he's relegated to heat matches, it would definately be a good thing for him to try and develop his personality in front of a fairly minimal tv audience.

Shelton Benjamin's finisher was cool looking -- that flipping enziguri looked great, but is it really deadly enough for a finisher? As a set-up move to something else it would really work though.

I agree, use it as a set up into some vile submission.

Why cause he's a black guy that doesn't have a silly gimmick yet? What's the difference between him and Cena?

since it is apparent that the heat is going all on Hennig for the fight and Lesnar has had a much higher profile and apparently is Heyman's pet project right now I can't see anything dereiling his current push.
