Anyone who lives in the central valley of California knows just how good Foster Farms chicken nuggets are. Those have to be the best way to have chicken period--ALL breast meat, HUGE chunks of it too. If you are ever in the area stop by a Foster Farms restaurant and order a nugget meal, with spuds. DAMN now I freakin want one and I'm 40 minutes away.

Ahhhh my friends think i'm nutz. I can eat chicken 7 days a week. I love hot wings... i love baked chicken, fried, nuggets, fingers. Love it all. And personally i still like KFC.
I've torn myself apart.... and tried to figure out why... but the only answer i was ever given... that really fits..... is the fact... that women are crazy.

And who the hell doesn't like breasts?
Er...breast meat. Chicken breast meat. Covered my ass pretty well there... Everyone loves chicken! Go chicken! I'm a loyal customer of The Oldest Chicken Joint in Calgary, Chicken on the Way (since 1938)...great, great chicken.

Actually, add that, maybe some Shumai and some Tom Yum Seafood (Shrimp and Squid added w/mushrooms), and you've got a good/healthy meal. Well, as long as you steam the Shumai. And you don't have the Thai Iced Coffee... even though it's good ;).
Chicken....it's all about the TANDOOR! I could live happily on tandoori chicken for lunch every day. Throw some garlic naan on the side, and I'm set.
You never know when you'll meet that special someone... the someone that's mysteriously blind to your flaws. or, you know, stupid enough not to realize that yes, you really are that cynical.
oops, you meant chicken
i love chicken...i love it fried, broiled, as long as it ain't raw, i'll eat it...

Did I forget to mention the Chicken Terriyaki w/a side of potato croquettes? *mmmmmmm.... potato croquettes*.
Actually... here's a halfway decent recipe for chicken hibachi (or shrimp hibachi)
.5 lb - 1 lb of chicken breast butter oil soy sauce lemon juice toasted sesame seeds
Cut the chicken into pieces... I'd say 1-2 tsp. of oil is good to start with for the frying... after the chicken is cooked, add a tsp. of soy sauce... let it cook some more, then add a tsp. of butter (you can use margarine, but for taste/clogged artery, use salted/unsalted butter). Let that cook some more... add a spritz of lemon juice and some seeds...
Voila. I'd say the shrimp turns out better than the chicken usually... and I like to fry and fry to get that "burnt" consistency. However, I don't have one of my namesake. I use a 12" copper-plated bottom saute' pan, tho'. It generates heat better than non-stick, IMHO.
Chicken is the best (aside from cheesesteaks). I eat chicken for lunch many days, and then chicken for dinner. Wendy's spicy chicken and the grilled chicken are good for a quick chicken sandwich. and boston market has a decent chicken teriyaki. It's obvious that i do no cooking on my own. except for the occasional chicken breast on my hamilton beach indoor electrical grill that i like much better than the one i bought off of george foreman. I hate dark meat though. chicken white meat = yummy goodness while to me chicken dark meat = blech
when i go visit my parents we occasionally get bbq chicken from this chicken shack in town. absolutely incredible rotisserie chicken. they also make the best egg salad in new jersey. i agree with the person who likes it off the bone too. taking it off the bone is messy work and extremely time consuming. i want to be eating the chicken, not trying to scrape it off the bone and away from the fat

I too, am an ONLY boneless chicken eater, which a lot of people find weird. The last good meal I had was that Tequila Chicken Breast at Applebees which just kicked TOTAL ass.
The absolute best here just north of Toronto is a place called Nando's Chickenland. They're actually a franchise out of South Africa which is worldwide. They flame grill the chicken in peri-peri sauce which is soooooo good.It can be as hot as you want it to be.
this thread rules it! Im a big fan of the KFC popcorn chicken, I also like chicken fingers, Grilled chicken, fired chicken, Chicken Catchatori(Sp?), Chicken nuggets, drumsticks, wings, BBQ, Maranated, shake an bake, Chicken parmasian.........so so many ways to enjoy that chicken! I love em all!
Jerry still gets pretty high ratings for daytime syndication if I do remember right, he's in the high 3's I think, which is better then RAW is doing at least.
