Goldberg vs. The Undertaker: Does it matter? I guess Undertaker, since he's more likely to wrestle again going forward.
Seth Rollins vs. Baron Corbin, Universal Championship Match: Rollins wins and retains here.
Randy Orton vs. Triple H: Orton is more the full-timer so he really should win, but there also isn't much of a story behind this. Triple H wins to keep him strong for his next high-profile Mania match.
Kofi Kingston vs. Dolph Ziggler: Kofi wins and retains, though Ziggler has become at least half-way interesting in this story.
50-Man Battle Royal: Again, this probably doesn't matter since as of now, nothing is on the line. I'm not sure if wrestlers in other matches will also participate in this but they almost have to in order to get to 50. My default is always Braun for matches like this.
Roman Reigns vs. Shane McMahon: Shane has beaten Miz twice now, but I think that streak ends here with Reigns.
Braun Strowman vs. Bobby Lashley: Since I'm picking Braun in the battle royal and since this is WWE, Lashley wins here.
Finn Balor vs. Andrade, Intercontinental Championship Match: What would a show that's billed as Better than WrestleMania be without a title change? Andrade wins the belt.
EDIT: Forgot Balor will be the Demon. So Balor wins.
Lars Sullivan vs. Lucha House Party, Handicap Match: Lars dominates.

Goldberg vs. The Undertaker: WWE icon vs. WCW icon. Of course Vinnie Mac books Undertaker to win.
Seth Rollins vs. Baron Corbin, Universal Championship Match: Rollins wins and retains.
Randy Orton vs. Triple H: Triple H. It goes for 25 minutes. I couldn't care less.
Kofi Kingston vs. Dolph Ziggler: Kofi wins and retains. Match of the night. Might even be the only thing worth watching.
50-Man Battle Royal: Braun wins.
Roman Reigns vs. Shane McMahon: No way Roman jobs to Shane.
Braun Strowman vs. Bobby Lashley: Lashley wins thanks to interference from the usual suspects, Corbin and McIntyre.
Finn Balor vs. Andrade, Intercontinental Championship Match: Andrade wins the gold in what might be a good match.
Lars Sullivan vs. Lucha House Party, Handicap Match: Lars dominates.

Taker followed by the 2 teaming up to beat up some random people who come out so they can walk out together as friends. Rollins Kofi Andrade wins the title HHH Reigns Strowman x 2 Sullivan Usos
Not sure what will happen with Brock. I'll go with him beating up Kofi after teasing something with Seth. Probably won't cash in though so they can keep milking that.
I think an Elimination Chamber would only be exciting if we were expecting a title change, like with the two prior. The way Trips has his shiny gold belt now and the lack of real feuds (since Orton is long-term)
