I am happy for Ryder. Yet, I am terrified of another Big Show push. Wyatts/New Day is entering a stage where nothing good can come from it. Either the Wyatts lose again or New Day dissolves. Reigns still being in the main event makes zero sense. They have publicly acknowledged his suspension, no one will buy him as a face or that he deserves that spot. At least maybe Enzo and Cass will get something out of this feud with AJ/Cena.
Coupla thousand fans decided to forgo live fireworks on July 4 to see a live WWE event, and they get a 20-minute segment on the Titantron. That's pathetic.
This was a 3-hour network time filler, punctuated by Cena scolding the crowd for being bored.

Long story short, I've been watching the 90-minute RAWs on Hulu for the last few weeks, and this is the week I wound up coming back to live programming. It was, uh, maybe not a great week to make that decision. Going from one to the other, you can really see how much "fat" is on the show, and how badly they need to drop an hour. I mean, we've all been saying that since they started, and the ratings are definitely showing trends of diminishing returns, but really; watch an episode on Hulu and a live episode, and tell me which one is a better tv show.
That said, Hulu has been cutting a bunch of Enzo and Cass, and it was good to see those guys again, especially in a high profile position. I don't know exactly where the ceiling is for them in this company, but if you can't make money with Enzo and Cass, then I don't know what to tell you.

Ultima Lucha starts tomorrow night; Cruiserweight Classic starts next week. Been binging on New Japan lately, so I guess I'm officially "that guy".
That doesn't make you "that guy..."

On the other hand, this KINDA makes you "that guy"
Glad to see Zack get his latest moment that will be forgotten in a month.
Still intrigued by the New Day-Wyatts. Still don't know where it's going. Also not sure about the battle happening at the compound or if it will be as great as the Final Deletion.
Sasha is awesome. Charlotte is... not a good actress.
After all the hype they have given this food fight on social media and YouTube, you'd think it was the best thing ever. No. It was a normal WWE food fight. I don't understand. Vince must have really liked it.
I was on board with the Darren Young/Bob Backlund thing for the first two videos. Now it is seemingly a year later, nothing has developed, and I just want to make Darren Young quit being in videos with Bob Backlund again.
That was ten types of awesome. "WWE has this great technology where you can see through my eyes -- exactly what I saw! All I saw was a pie coming at me."
Hey! I'm holding out for Johnny Stamboli, too. Test & Mordecai can fuck off, though. The theory behing bringing these guys back is that with the shrinking physiques, it'd be good to have some natural big men on the roster.
