Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar vs. Dean Ambrose, WWE World Heavyweight Championship #1 Contender Triple Threat Match: Predictable but booking that makes sense says Reigns wins by pinning Ambrose, and Lesnar is attacked by the Wyatts. So I'll go with that.
Kevin Owens vs. Dolph Ziggler, WWE Intercontinental Championship Match: I get why Ziggler is in this spot given his recent victory over Owens, and while the match will likely be good, it's not all that inspiring. Owens wins and retains.
Charlotte vs. Brie Bella, WWE Divas Championship Match: With the emotion still running high from Daniel Bryan's retirement, I could see them give Brie the win here, even to lose it back to Charlotte quickly. Too early to take the title off Charlotte, though? I'll go with Brie winning.
Sasha Banks & Becky Lynch vs. Tamina & Naomi: The odd(er) couple tag team, Banks and Lynch, pick up the win. Eventually, they'll come to blows though and begin a feud of their own.
EDIT: Added via WWE.com:
Kane & Ryback & Big Show vs. Erick Rowan & Luke Harper & Braun Strowman: The heels should probably win, given they'll be involved in the build-up to Lesnar vs. Wyatt at WM. Then again, if they get involved later and attack Lesnar, I can see them losing here. The babyfaces win, perhaps with the Wyatt Family getting in a post-match beat-down..
EDIT2: Official as of Smackdown:
A.J. Styles vs. Chris Jericho: Gotta have Styles go over here.

They've done a surprisingly good job of making it seem possible for Ambrose to win, but I don't think they're going to pull any surprise moves this close to WM. I'll go with the easy predictions:
Reigns Charlotte Owens Banks & Lynch Styles
Hmm. That's kind of a short card; too short considering that they've already bumped the US title match to the preshow. I wonder what else might be showing up at the last minute.

Could see Ryback, Show and Kane vs the Wyatts being added to the show and I see the Wyatts winning while I have the same picks for the other matches as you do.
Reigns d. Ambrose and Lesnar Charlotte d. Brie Owens d. Ziggler Banks & Lynch d. Naomi & Tamina Styles d. Jericho Wyatts d. Ryback, Show, Kane Del Rio d. Kalisto
Owens wins, but there are shenanigans as we begin to lead into some sort of eight man or so I-C title match at WM. They have to cram a bunch of guys into a non-ARMBAR match, and I feel like somehow we will have Del Rio/Kalisto again so it won't be there.
Charlotte due to Ric Flair doing his thing. Charlotte moves on to WrestleMania, Brie moves on to... um...
Sasha & Becky. Sasha turns on Becky on Raw.
Styles beats Jericho. Jericho never wins on PPV.
Preshow - Del Rio wins the belt back, so Kalisto can win it back in a few weeks so they can have their 90th match at WrestleMania.

Duh, Wyatts vs. Giants. How'd I miss that? The easy money is the Wyatts.
No Decision in the World Title Match. Going with Reigns is almost suicide at this point. We will get an Ambrose/Reigns match on Raw. Wyatts interfre to set up Brock/Bray to cause the chaos.
Charlotte. Brie will get a nice Yes chant send off.
New Day. Just New Day.
Wyatts. Gotta keep'em strong going to Mania to be jobbed out.
Kalisto. Alberto must have imagined bigger things when he resigned.
Styles. He ate his lose time to move to Owens.
Owens. Is there any doubt.
Team Bad. I am thinking Sasha and Becky's alliance is ill fated.
Reigns over Ambrose & Lesnar Charlotte over Brie Owens over Ziggler Banks & Lynch over Naomi & Tamina Styles over Jericho Wyatts over Ryback, Show, Kane Kalisto over Del Rio

Emboldened by my last place finish in the predictions for 2015, I am going to try and go 12-for-12 in getting every prediction wrong this year. It seems like it is actually going to be pretty hard.
Number one contender: Dean Ambrose New US Champion: Alberto Del Rio New Divas Champion: Brie Bella Divas Revolution Tag Match: Naomi and Tamina New Intercontinental Champion: Dolph Ziggler Giants vs Eaters of Worlds: Big Show, Kane and The Ryback Battle of the J's: Chris Jericho
Reigns Charlotte Owens Styles Wyatts Sasha/Becky Kalisto

Lately they seem to be having a twist or 2 thrown in but not sure they will do that so close to Mania, so here goes...
Lesnar - they will see sense that having Lesnar against Wyatt won't really work where they haven't got a ton of Mania options, nor would just sticking Roman with Hunter who won't get the fans booing him which defeats the point. I wouldn't be shocked if they went with a triple threat or similar at Mania with Lesnar, HHH and Reigns. Not sure where that leaves Dean though. Maybe they will just do something completely different and change things and have him become a Heyman guy by screwing Reigns in this match.
Owens - they do seem to have a thing for pointless Reigns but hopefully they will keep it with Kevin for a good while. He is one of the best to watch at the moment.
Wyatts - they aren't going to lose as they will be doing something at Mania and the others lose regularly and don't seem to care.
Styles - This should be very good. Very good indeed.
Charlotte - no point in Brie having the title for a sympathy short title Reign. Will probably get screwed over so looks good at the end.
Banks & Lynch - they deserve better. Becky has been great lately so hopefully she doesnt get forgotten about for Mania.
Kalisto - surely they won't do it again. Will they?
Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar vs. Dean Ambrose, WWE World Heavyweight Championship #1 Contender Triple Threat Match: Some sort of Clisterfrick no ending. Triple count out or something.
Kevin Owens vs. Dolph Ziggler, WWE Intercontinental Championship Match: Owens loses via DQ by the run in who will face him at WM - AJ Styles
Charlotte vs. Brie Bella, WWE Divas Championship Match: Charlotte
Sasha Banks & Becky Lynch vs. Tamina & Naomi: Sasha and Becky
Kane & Ryback & Big Show vs. Erick Rowan & Luke Harper & Braun Strowman: Hmmmm I like Kane, The Big Guy and Big Show here
Jericho vs. Styles - Styles
