I may not have been looking hard enough, but I couldn't seem to find anyone mentioning that South Park has gone Super Serial this season (and last season too, to an extent). No doubt the continuity will extend to next season too, given that the Garrison/Jenner ticket is looking to take over the White House.
This season is all about attacking political correctness. Fine by me. The past three episodes (including this week's) were super, with "The City Part of Town" in particular breaking into the upper echelon of best episodes.
OMG, those musical numbers.
So, Reality wasn't really in Butters' room trying to attack him. Butters was just seeing things. Does that mean Reality is from Imaginationland?
Having missed at least the last season or so, this serial approach is refreshing. I continue to be amazed at the way they keep fresh even after all these years. The safe space episode had the best bit/bits I've seen in a while, with the poor starving kids informercials.
Now the show that follows it, Moonbeam City, just sucks on toast.
"Put on your helmets, we'll be reaching speeds of 3!" "It was nice of you to give that dead woman another chance." "All right, look alive everybody...oh sorry Susan."- MST3K: Space Mutiny

Never could I have imagined THIS is what they were building towards. Best of all was the running joke of PC Principal chewing out Leslie during assemblies actually building to something!
Watching Jimmy shut down and frustrate PC Principal was awesome.
Is next week the finale? I have no idea how many more parts there are to this, but its clear we've entered the final act.
I may need to buy the box set for this season. It has been epic.
Wouldn't it be awesome if the whole season was just one huge ad sponsored content for the new video game? No, not really.

I've got good news: there are two more episodes left and bad news: no new episode next week
Just a very special season so far and I urge everyone who checked out of South Park to come back and watch this season from the beginning. It has been the best season ever for South Park.
Buckle up buckaroos!!
Life is hilariously cruel.
It ain't the six minutes... it's what happens in that six minutes.
I have no idea how this season was so coherent and so timely. I can't imagine how next season will be better, but South Park excels at beating expectations, so... who knows what they'll do next?
