Counting the NWA World Heavyweight Championship (9x), the WCW World Heavyweight Championship (8x), the WCW International World Heavyweight Championship(2x), and the WWF World Heavyweight Championship (2x), you get 21 reigns.

Also, today I learned that if Dusty Rhodes hadn't been fired, Flair was slated to lose the NWA title to Rick Steiner since Flair refused to job to Lex Luger. Instead, Rhodes was fired and George Scott brought in Ricky Steamboat who took the title instead, resulting in one of the greatest matches of all time.

That was a wrestling party.

Meek Brock is adorable. Instead of seething and rolling his shoulders, he simply stood there while Paul went ballistic. #AhShucksCity. And when Paul went into the "Brock doesn't want to challenge Taker at XX" rant, that crowd was insane. My God, that man is golden.

Loved The Dudleyz return. They have to be in the first DLC for the new video game. Also, kinda feel bad for the Usos, getting lapped by everyone in the tag division.

Before he was introduced as Braun Strowman (ugh),I swore to sign up for the Network forever if they named him Quiet Wyatt.

The eight-man tag highlight was Owens and Ryback briefly trading blows. That could be a great match, with the wily jackass bully versus the optimistic strongman. Orton was a heat sink even with the RKO. He's treading water compared to Cesaro. Ziggler looking more and more like John Morrison only deflates my hope that he'll rise out of the midcard.

Sting needs a haircut. He does. It ages him even more. I almost posted yesterday that Rollins's title reign has been against some heavy hitters and not, say, Lawler or Flair. Sting is not much better, even with the remaining novelty of that guy in the WWE.

When Seth Rollins goes back to a face, he will be so very over.

The Jon Stewart segment was brilliant for two main reasons:

1. His reasoning for interfering in the SSlam title match
2. His flippant attitude (prompting an angry (IRL?) response from Cena), getting revenge for the countless antagonists over the years who had to deal with Cena's condescending smirk.

At 2:11 in is when they reveal Sting. I've watched it about two dozen times watching the fans reactions, and the fan exactly in between Steph and Sting with the hands on the head had the best reaction , initial and OMFG-shock-wise

I hope someone in the back can repair trombones. That was glorious!

Screw YOU, Bella twins! Charlotte had that look like: "WTF have I done coming up?" sitting on the floor by the steps. That wasn't selling the leg, that was legit wtf.

Devon had a problem finding the table. Let's hope that keeps up. Maybe Xavier spends the entire match pulling tables out from under the ring and carrying them up the ramp and throwing them off, smashing them taking them out of play.

Stewart did fine. he could have spent some time, tho, learning Flair's strut and how to "WOOOOOOO!" He sounded like a teenage girl trying to do it.

So, where's the real statue? Did Austin throw it in the river?

Jon Stewart asking Flair "When I do this [hand over face] can he still see me?" was the highlight of the show to me. As Mr Shh said, perfectly flippant.

If I was the booker (which I'm not), the perfect finish to Kevin Owen's weekend would have been to come out on top of a one-night, eight-man, US title tournament. "My god Maggle, the things this man went through this weekend! How is he still alaahhhve?" But I guess they had to play off of "the only man to hold both belts at once" all night for the statue bit. Blah.

I'd love to hear from someone in attendance how they got that "sculpture" into the ring. Forklift over the top rope? They couldn't set it up in the ring, as that would have ruined the surprise for the fans.

This would be pure genius for the eventual title match. Genius.

They showed this on air. The platform and curtain were placed behind the ring opposite the hard camera. Then a crew disconnected the ropes so they lay on the mat, and they rolled it off a lift. Then they tightened up the ropes again.

That was the ending I was hoping for. Abby in his genie pants pulled up to his bosoms, plastic fork in hand, lays our Rollins and staples a takeout menu from Abdullah the Butcher's House of Ribs and Chinese Food to Rollins' forehead.

New Day could make a three hour Raw fly by if they were given the entire three hours. I fully believe this.

The Dudley return was fun, and it'll give us some fresh matchups.

I hope John Cena remembers saying "this isn't a comedy show" in a few weeks when he is doing one of his jokey promos. Granted, the actual comedian did much better comedy than Cena's poopy humor.

The fans chant for the woman they want out of the #revolution, so what do they do? Keep her off the entire show! "MORE BELLAS, that's what they are chanting, right?" I'm sure Sasha still isn't in shape to really go in the ring after Takeover, but she could have interrupted MizTV or something.

It's sad that WWE's thoughts on a #DivasRevolution is "hey, we're giving these nine women double the time," when we are all getting bored with it because we are seeing variations of the same matches with no real end game for a month plus now. Let me guess, on SmackDown, we get Niomi & Tamina against let's say Paige & Becky.

I enjoyed the Sting surprise, and I like that he looks to be facing Seth, who can make him look like a million bucks.

Brock destroying is always entertaining.

How do you have Ric Flair and his daughter on the same show without any backstage interaction?

I can't get excited about the new Wyatt because I haven't had anything about the Wyatts to be excited for in month. Bray loses every big match. They lose every big tag match. Let me guess, the semi-Shield find a partner and beat the Wyatts at Night of Champions.

I was waiting for The Dudleys to run into Heyman in the back and ask him if he had sent that last check yet.

Decent show!

I immediately ran to Twitter and demanded that Mattel make a Xavier Woods figure with trombone.

While the Dudleyz return was fine (and they look GREAT!), that spot should have gone to Enzo and Cass, if only for the hometown pop. You can bring the Bubba and D-Von in anytime and get a massive reaction. It felt like a little bit of a wasted opportunity.

So, Sting attacks, holds up the belt, Steph screams "NEVER! NEVER!", then he's immediately given a title shot by HHH. Uh...what? And are Steph and Triple H only full-on evil when Sting is around? Otherwise, they've been faces.

Please keep Rusev and KO together. That was kinda magical.

Is Braun Stowman the fist NXT guy to move to the main roster without appearing on the NXT show itself, or did he have some appearances early on that I'm not remembering?

I could swear he was part of Adam Rose's entourage for awhile, dressed as a gladiator.

Much like the Bellas and Big Show, it all depends on the show. Sometimes they can flip back and forth several times during the show.

I recently rewatched Sting opening the original Abdullah the Butcher gift box and I think I recognized myself standing a few feet behind the box, but the footage was so blurry that it was hard to tell.

Woods tweeted a couple of weeks ago about having played trombone for 7 years in band, so I'm sure he has a spare or two.

Also, Woods' most recent tweet, two days ago, was him telling Virgil to go fuck himself, in slightly different wording. He's quickly rising from one of my favorite wrestlers to a personal hero.

Speaking of which, what do they do with Big Show now? He was attacked by his partners, and then attacked again by his opponents. He's a man without a country. Or was that a 360-turn within one minute?

Triple H and Sting may not be buddy-buddy, but they are at a mutual respect level. Part of me is thinking this whole thing was set up by the Authority and Sting to throw yet another challenge (a la Lesnar) in front of Rollins so that he can further prove his worthiness. There's no other good reason why Triple H would book a World title match with Sting minutes after Sting appeared in the ring. Fine, insert bad writing joke here. Look, I know we actually saw the Seth Rollins statue last night, but I can't possibly believe that The Authority actually deems Rollins worthy of such an honor right now. They had the statue built, and they might intend to have it displayed in Stamford, but not just yet. Besides, how can you have a Seth Rollins statue before you have a Triple H statue?

I'm not sure at what point this develops, but it's going to be a glorious day when Hunter perfects the Vince mannerisms and tics.

Big Show has turned almost as many times as Sting has been turned on. I propose an angle where Sting gets in Big Show's head and causes him to turn on himself, making Show into a Tyler Durden-esque madman who routinely knocks himself out in matches. Show is one of the few people with the acting chops and timing to have any chance of pulling off such a role. I think I could go at least 5 minutes watching Show beat himself up without getting bored.

Alternately, I propose a Show vs Mark Henry first to ten heel turns wins match.

Speaking of these two, I fully expect one of them to be fed to the new Wyatt to show what a monster he is.
