Kane vs Orton didn't make me change the channel. Miz vs Big Show didn't make me change the channel. MGK did though, so you found my breaking point WWE. I made it back in time to see Owens power bomb MGK off the stage to the delight of everyone. Can we go to Detroit and have a Kid Rock show next week.

Owens also wrestled Dolph Ziggler in an open challenge non title match after cutting another fine promo.

Brock is back! Seth Rollins reaction to Brock being back was Academy Award worthy. Sometimes I forget how wonderful Rollins can be.

Breaking Point is looking good.

Brock-Rollins
Wyatt-Reigns
Kevin Owens-anyone on the roster

There was some good stuff, but you really had to wade through the muck to get there.

WWE has two monsters on the loose and they are both becoming faces. Oops.

Brock's new shirt is great. Especially the back.

Agreed with Rollins selling Lesnar's return like he was going to be executed. But, if they do the match at Battleground, what do they do for SummerSlam? Lesnar-Sheamus?

I've long thought The Ryback had personality, especially after one time he did commentary with Axel and seeing him on some "WWE.com exclusives". He was amazing this time too. Putting him there again and giving him some mic time can only mean good things for him.

When was the last time a special guest got taken out like that? I don't know, but I do know people need to think twice before offering to shake Owen's hands. Also, although I don't like his music, props to Machine Gun Kelly for willingly getting power bombed.

Rollins was a boss during the main event segment.

Missing from last night:

Today 40% off(All tees):
http://shop.wwe.com/Brock-Lesnar/superstar-current-brock,default,sc.html

I'd buy that, especially for $14.95. They also have one without the Cleveland sign underneath, but I wonder if they will make one for all the major cities?

Rollins was fantastic facing Lesnar. Also, Heyman stretching as far as he could to shake The Authority's hands, while staying as far from them as possible is stuff only Heyman can think of.

What ever came of Cole's legal issues with Brock?

"You got Miz all over me!" Man, I love The Big Guy.

Seriously what WAS to reason for the diva's three way? A way to write Paige off so she can be on Tough Enough? Wtf. I was waiting for Chyna to come to the rescue after her appearance at WWE hq yesterday.

So, it was MGK's idea for him to get powerbombed off the stage. Was it Cena's idea to get powerbombed off the edge of the ring?

-edit- Well, sunofabitch if WWE isn't ahead of us on the Cole lawsuit thing:

Sasha Banks, Charlotte, Bayley, Becky Lynch, etc don't stand a chance on the main roster until at least one Bella retires. I will give them points for consistency with the Divas and a plot that didn't revolve around TD.

Owens v. Ziggler was great. Shouldn't it be weird for Lana to go from undefeated (for a time) champion to prettyboy who loses quite often? Actually that makes perfect sense....

When they announced Machine Kelly tonight (I totally blanked that out because of E3 and apathy) I thought "wouldn't that be spectacular if Owens powerbombed that dude tonight?" and sure enough after watching some E3 footage I see Owens getting in skinny jeans dudes face. Raw of the Year hands down.

Cole: "Yeah, thanks to Kane. You should buy Kane a Rolex watch for what he did for you."

I can buy that Michael Cole, a war correspondent, is a professional and can deal with Brock being back. But why do the Authority want Brock back again? They groomed and chose Rollins as their golden boy. They made sure he had the briefcase last year, made sure he didn't have to use it until the exact, perfect, one-time-only moment that he could use it to get the belt off of the otherwise unbeatable Lesnar who was holding the title hostage from them...so why would they willingly bring back Brock, who held the title hostage last year, held the company hostage a few years ago and broke HHH's arms? Why, after doing everything in their power to keep the belt on Rollins, would they willingly put Rollins in there against the one guy on the entire planet who literally no one can beat and who can overcome interference from anyone and is the one guy they cannot ever control?

I mean, I know the real reason: Stephanie and HHH are in love with their characters and get carried away and can't help but steamroll the top heel every few months because they ran out of faces to humiliate again and if they can get some of the glow of that Brock Lesnar pop in the process, all the better.

But what's the TV reason for anything they do again? That "pressure turns coal into diamonds" thing doesn't cut it. They're back to "we don't want you, John Cena, the actual living embodiment of the harmless, merchandiseable, corporate mascot avatar we claim to want, so we'll go with the giant MMA murder machine who made HHH piss himself on TV instead" levels of circular illogic.

Kill The Authority. Kill it dead. Set it on fire and scatter the ashes.

(That said, I mean, hell yeah I want to see Lesnar vs. Rollins. And Lesnar vs. Kofi. See you in July, Network?)

Rollins is breaking ranks, and they want a champ they can control or at least aim at people they don't like.

Brock like belt. Belt shiny. Shiny belt make Brock happy. Happy Brock no kill management.

Until Reigns delivers the Candygram for Mongo.

If they do flip Rollins for Brock, Rollins is established as a very competent face who can walk and talk.

Anyone else catch that Lilian gave Roman a full match intro for his promo segment?

From Rajah.com, quoting Alvarez:

As of this writing, the scheduled main event for WWE SummerSlam in August will be WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins vs. Triple H. The news was first reported by Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Radio.

Nothing the Authority has done since Royal Rumble 2014 has made sense. Absolutely nothing. They are this century's NWO B Team. They came in cut super long promos, win feuds they have no business feuding in and are channel changers.

If this is some weird way to make Rollins face, I am not really buying it. I think its HHH trying to get one last run either it be as a face (Shitty idea) or as a the title holder (Even shittier idea). Brock should face KO and Cena at SummerSlam.

Not killing the messenger but I don't see how this plays out logically. They've got Lesnar-Rollins for the belt at Battleground. This means Lesnar loses by shenanigans (unless they erase the entire last ~16 month tour of Suplex City, which is possible) and the shenanigans infuriate Brock so much that he stops caring about the title to chase whoever. Or they injure him. Or they simply leave their biggest draw out of the main event of arguably their second biggest show of the year. All of those options are terrible from a business and fan perspective, and the third seems most likely.

I'm amazed that MGK does his thing in public, let alone that people give him money to do it. I love hip-hop. I love rap. I have no clue what that was. Kevin Owens was the biggest face on the roster last night.

I watched about 40 minutes of RAW last night, and OMG that wannabe rapper was AWFUL. The only upside to it was that we got to see Owens power bomb him to Hell, where hopefully he'll have to renegotiate whatever contract he signed with Satan to be considered an actual musician.

Turned off the show after the 6-man tag, as soon as I heard the 'main event' was a HHH promo. So Lesnar is back, huh? Add me to the chorus of people going 'this makes no sense!' Honestly, at this point I think I need to make it official and just drop RAW altogether. It's so frustrating knowing they've got all this talent, and the incredible ineptitude of the creative team (and Poochie's insatiable need for attention) is squandering it.

It always amazes me that fans of professional wrestling can manage to come off as pretentious. MGK's last commercial album was #4 on the Billboard Top 200.

If you don't like it, that's perfectly fine. Everyone has their own tastes. But to refer to someone as a "wannabe" when they're one of the most successful people in their industry makes you sound like a fucking idiot.

Do you actually like Machine Gun Kelly or is it more of a detached, ironic fandom?

To really appreciate it, you need to hear MGK on vinyl. You just can't get the right rich, full sound on digital.
