* it's $1 this week only * it's a PDF * it's about 60 pages * it's pretty much only about times he and Shad got in trouble * Shad got JTG in trouble a lot, but they're still great friends * Shad may have different takes on some of these stories * Shad's probably not writing a 60 page book. * it's a bit of a tell all, written with the idea he's never going back * but it's not a total tell all - some stories mention named names, some kept it super vague, and some were vague but not so vague * JTG's writing is hilarious, making it readable even if you don't want to read backstage gossip * it is a lot of backstage gossip. * it is a subtle and later not so subtle case for a wrestler's union * it's really the counterpoint to the E:60 special. * there's nothing about NXT:Redemption, Justin * there's nothing about many things a ghost writer (or, given this is wrestling, a interviewer in a shoot interview) would've thought to ask that just gets skipped - if you're wondering if what he thought about Cryme Tyme gimmick, you may need to ask him on Twitter. * a full flushed out version of this book would probably do well and make a lot of waves, and reminds you how much the actual WWE autobiographies are skipping * JTG never explicitly says what the deal is with him being under contract but never being used for a long time before he was cut, but you can read thru the lines of his last story and figure it out. * JTG obviously dislikes many people who work in power in WWE, but still thanks Vince. * JTG also loves OVW so his inevitable Figure Four Daily appearance will go great
It took me about an hour to read and I enjoyed it. His dream of winning a Pulitzer Prize is probably not coming true, but it was well worth the $1.
It was $1.32 for me. That's still less than an hour of downtown parking, so I sprung for it. I have no idea when I'll read it. (Probably before I leave work.)

Thanks for the hook-up, [un-named person with no name who sent it to me for $FREE.99]!
Here's what I learned from reading JTG's book:
WWE sounds like an incredibly awful place to work. Never work there.
I finally ALMOST got to hear exactly how Wrestler's Court works, but alas.
(DISCLAIMER: I have a general idea about how Wrestler's Court works, but I've always wanted to hear about how a specific case went down, beginning to end)
Fandango + Damien Sandow = Team Educated Feet. AJ's promo and the possible hotshot angle mean nothing if the women can't wrestle. And the women. Can't. Wrestle. The WWE doesn't want wrestling women. They want models. Where the heck is Sara Del Rey?
