Thank you both, I ended up going with Imgburn. Although, I had to find an archived older version. The latest version includes OpenCandy adware with no option not to install.

I used F-Secure for a little while. It was EXCELLENT with anti-virus protection, but fell a little short in its spam filtering. Considering that I went to G-Mail shortly thereafter, though, that wasn't as big of a concern for me.
