Randy Orton vs. John Cena, Hell in a Cell Match, Winner Becomes #1 Contender to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship: After losing the Contract-on-a-Pole Match, I have Cena winning here. It'll get him the rematch with Lesnar that many figured he'd get at this PPV.
Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins, Hell in a Cell Match: I'll go Rollins in this one, though I'm already second-guessing myself given the ending of Raw.
Big Show vs. Rusev: Nope, Rusev doesn't lose here, either.
Brie Bella vs. Nikki Bella, Loser is Forced to be the Winner's Personal Assistant for 30 Days: I'm hoping this is where Brie finally gets the advantage over her sister, otherwise, this promises to drag on even longer. Officially, I'll pick Brie.
Sheamus vs. The Miz, United States Championship Match: The Miz wins the U.S. Title so we can laugh at the fake U.S. Title Damien Mizdow will undoubtedly wear.
A.J. Lee vs. Paige, Divas Championship Match: A.J., I guess.
Goldust & Stardust vs. The Usos, WWE Tag Team Championship Match: I'm tempted to say The Usos get the titles back here, but I'll go with Gold & Stardust retaining for another month.
EDIT:
Dolph Ziggler vs. Cesaro, 2-Out-of-3-Falls Match for the Intercontinental Championship: Cesaro wins and takes the title.

Randy Orton vs. John Cena, Hell in a Cell Match, Winner Becomes #1 Contender to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Both men drive '98 Dodge Durangos loaded with hay bales to the ring. Orton brings a bale into the ring and the crowd goes wild. Both men make extensive use of the hammerlock throughout the match to take full advantage of the cell. If this were a video game, both men would go through the cell, off of it, someone would taunt for the entire time the other guy was on the ground from going off the cell to build up another special, and I'd even try the cool finisher where I tackle someone through the railing. That's just too much. Orton actually takes this after hitting an RKO from outta nowhere on the bale of hay.
Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins, Hell in a Cell Match: MOTN Contender. Someone is going off of the cell. Both men make extensive use of the hammerlock throughout the match to take full advantage of the cell. Dean Ambrose pulls out a megaphone and declares himself more awesome than Rollins. Rollins comes back and is just as awesome.
Big Show vs. Rusev: Big Show puts on his working boots for the match. Rusev remains barefoot. HYUUUGE USA! USA! USA! chant that the USA Network has never ever even tried to capitalize on for advertising (though it is free advertising, no?) Both men make extensive use of the hammerlock throughout the match to take full advantage of the size these two bring. Rusev actually does a grapply kind of big guy move to toss Show, retains his non-pinned, non-submitted streak.
Brie Bella vs. Nikki Bella, Loser is Forced to be the Winner's Personal Assistant for 30 Days: 'Cause humility equals hilarity (though the humility part of most TV shows is after the entertainment, when Homer or King of Queens or Roseanne's family wraps up the shenanigans by being heartwarming). Whatever happens there's a toilet gag coming; either Brie gets some 'stuff' from Roman Reigns and puts it in Nikki's coffee (which will also net us one spit take), Nikki makes Brie clean her bathroom. Both women make extensive use of the hammerlock throughout the match to take full advantage of their looks. To whit, honestly, if I'm to believe the average WWE diet consists of facecake, Randy Orton's chili, heavy amounts of chicken, fish, and rice, all steamed or grilled according to articles on WWE workout regimens in muscle magazines, all washed down with Diet Mountain Dew, cleaning a Bella toilet be absolutely horrifying.
Sheamus vs. The Miz, United States Championship Match: Pre-match, both men get microphones. Miz states why he'd be a great contender for Brock Lesnar's title. Sheamus says stuff contradicting Miz's point, declaring himself to be perfect Brock Fodder at the Royal Rumble, thus putting him in the Elimination Chamber. Mizdow locks up with the referee. Both men make extensive use of the hammerlock throughout the match to take full advantage of the fact they aren't really competing. Miz can't counter-argue that and pins Sheamus after Mizdow steals the show (pics of what he did with it on the WWE app, he returns the show to the referee the following Monday after he'd dumped it in the Gulf of Mexico.)
A.J. Lee vs. Paige, Divas Championship Match: Paige comes to the ring in a set of pool floaties since she got a GREAT after-season deal on a whole pallet of them on eBay. AJ Lee comes out in pool floaties too, but hers she got from Hot Topic proper. Both women make extensive use of the hammerlock throughout the match to take full advantage of how easy it is to do when both people are wearing pool floaties. Paige gets the belt back since there really are fewer contenders for this title than the Tag Titles, and that's only because there are four people in a tag team match.
Goldust & Stardust vs. The Usos, WWE Tag Team Championship Match: I'm hoping for these guys to come out in even more different styles of make-up each time they face each other at a PPV. Because they've seen each other on Raw like 3,000 times in the past 8 weeks. On paper, I think Bella v Bella is going to stink on ice, but only one tag team match. Whomever invented tag team wrestling is weeping or turning in their grave. Goldust and Stardust try a stereo groin kick at one point, but they forgot that makes no sense and one guy just winds up kicking the other guy's foot out of the way. All four men make extensive use of the hammerlock throughout the match to take full advantage of the fact that tags can be made by either participant of one. Goldust and Stardust retain since the WWE is holding out that TNA will fold and the only face tag team they'd consider going over them are the Dudleyz, along with Angle for one last Mania.

This is the WWE. When something becomes even remotely popular they run it into the ground whether it's actually good television or not. That is why the WWE is going to run with Randy Orton's vine popularity. Orton is going to beat Cena with the RKO (outta nowhere) and he's going to then go on to become a boring face again against Lesnar and he'll probably beat Lesnar for the title. The only saving grace is that I could see Rollins cashing in the MiTB against Orton before Cena or Lesnar, unfortunately the Rollins vs. Orton feud is more interesting in its heel vs. heel dynamic.
Other winners: Ambrose - I've enjoyed this feud up to this point but my god they need to have a match with an ending already and Ambrose needs to pin him at some point. Rusev Nikki - Not sure what the point of the stip is if it's not going to result in the face having to put up with the heel's demands. Sheamus - Mizdow is enjoyable but Sheamus is always in matches where it makes sense to put over the other wrestler and it never happens. Paige - Just hoping more than anything Gold and Stardust Ziggler - It's pretty amazing that Cesaro is so underpushed that Ziggler seems like the easy choice here.

The Orton vines seem like they're speeding up the process, but it feels like there were months of Orton being annoyed with having to fight all of Seth's opponents prior to that. WWE's been planning last night's curb stomp for a while, they just might have just moved it around a bit.
Cena. As much as I like tweener Orton who attacks heels instead of faces (and sometimes faces too, if they get in the way), I don't see that character being a "face" World Championship contender. WWE likely sees big money in Cena/Lesnar III (IV), so that's what they ought to set up here.
Ambrose wins. Rollins can have self-doubts, the Authority can have its doubts, and with the Curb Stomp last night, he has a ready feud with Orton. This is the path likely to get most character development, and I think Rollins' character is in desperate need of that.
Rusev is not eating a pin or submitting. I imagine they want another PPV out of this feud, so Big Show might win by DQ or something, but I don't see anyone other than Cena being the first to pin Rusev.
Nikki wins. The stipulation only works if the heel wins.
The Dust Brothers retain.
AJ retains.
Sheamus wins. Because he doesn't lose these undercard matches. Maybe Miz and Sandow sow more seeds of dissension.
If Dolph has a title defense against Cesaro, he retains.
In a coat of gold or a coat of red, a lion still has claws
And mine are long and sharp, my lord, as long and sharp as yours!
Orton. He is an internet sensation now. Also, I am not sure where WWE thinks they are getting big money from Cena/Brock since it looks like people are dropping the network left and right. Orton turning on the Authority at Survivor Series will all be guaranteed at that point to make him a face.
Ambrose. This Rollin/Ambrose will go into TLC, but we will get some teams at Survivor Series to sell it. As it should be.
Rusev by DQ, he is going to take a hell of a bump at some point.
Brie. Just end it already.
Star Dust.
Sheamus. Miz is too boring and Sheamus is there for Rusev to take it off of him.
AJ. Don't end this.
Ziggler. Both him and Cesaro deserve better than pre-show.
Orton wins to cash in on his Vine popularity, with an RKO out of nowhere. Literally nowhere, he actually teleports in when Cena's making his charge down the ramp and forces Cena to faceplant. Then turns into a viper with a human head and bulges his eyes out at people.
Ambrose wins because I don't think he's won a single match in this feud so far.
Rusev wins because that's what he does.
I Don't Care wins the Bellas match. I can see lots of shitty comedy skits in the future either way it goes.
Double Dust retains even though they've been losing in the 20,000 six-man matches they've been having the past month.
AJ probably retains, or they continue to hot-shot the title back and forth.
Sheamus wins and Sandow continues to be more over than the Miz.
Dolph retains if he has a match, or even if he doesn't.
Randy Orton vs. John Cena, Hell in a Cell Match, Winner Becomes #1 Contender to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Cena, if only because of the "he can job, he's turning right away" logic.
Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins, Hell in a Cell Match: Rollins
Big Show vs. Rusev: Rusev.
Brie Bella vs. Nikki Bella, Loser is Forced to be the Winner's Personal Assistant for 30 Days: Nikki
Sheamus vs. The Miz, United States Championship Match: Miz
A.J. Lee vs. Paige, Divas Championship Match: Paige
Goldust & Stardust vs. The Usos, WWE Tag Team Championship Match: Dusts
Dolph.

WWE Status Quo would be "More Brock-Cena, Ambrose can't beat Rollins" so let's hope at least one of those things changes with this PPV.
Randy Orton vs. John Cena, Hell in a Cell Match, Winner Becomes #1 Contender to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Cena. Everything seems to indicate another Cena-Brock match at the Rumble, but hopefully they realize the upside for Brock-Orton and even a potential Orton face turn here.
Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins, Hell in a Cell Match: Rollins beats Ambrose just about every time. No change here.
Big Show vs. Rusev: Rusev.
Brie Bella vs. Nikki Bella, Loser is Forced to be the Winner's Personal Assistant for 30 Days: Brie wins because she lost at SummerSlam.
Sheamus vs. The Miz, United States Championship Match: The Miz.
A.J. Lee vs. Paige, Divas Championship Match: A.J. Wow, we're really lacking any real challengers in the Divas division.
Goldust & Stardust vs. The Usos, WWE Tag Team Championship Match: Goldust & Stardust.
Randy Orton vs. John Cena, - I have been reading Orton was hurt badly at Raw so Cena
Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins, - Rollins, so the chase continues
Big Show vs. Rusev: Rusev keeps going
Brie Bella vs. Nikki Bella, Brie I guess
Sheamus vs. The Miz, Miz Retains somehow
A.J. Lee vs. Paige, AJ
Goldust & Stardust vs. The Usos, Dusty's boys
Cesaro/Zigler? Dolph
We'll be back right after order has been restored here in the Omni Center.

I'm curious about what they're going to do with Orton, if they turn him face he's still perpetually the #2 guy behind Cena, and if they don't want to bring Lesnar out until the Royal Rumble to face Cena again then I can see them setting that up here with a Cena win. And then I guess Cena spends Survivor Series and TLC beating up Rollins?
I also think Rollins wins because they more than likely don't think Ambrose needs to win, like, ever.
Rusev
Nikki, although Brie is such a shitty babyface that they might do that thing where the face gets revenge, and then keeps getting an inordinate amount of revenge.
Miz AJ Dusts Dolph. Also this will likely be the best match.
I have a further prediction, but it hinges on Orton not being hurt.
Super Cena beats him because that's what he does. At the end the Authority come out and lays him out, including Rollins. Orton makes the save. Cena gets up, offers the handshake of respect to Orton, who slaps it away.
But I think he's hurt and goes pretty clean and short.

I flipped 8 coins. Hopefully, using the same process as WWE creative yields the same results.
Cena Ambrose Rusev N. Bella Sheamus AJ Lee Rhodes Boyz Ziggler Bonus: I briefly consider renewing my Network subscription since the wrestling will probably be good, but decide against it.
Hell, if Bret showed up just one time on WWE programming, it would be huge. Hopefully if the Bret Hart DVD is put out, he's actually on it. wouldn't make much sense otherwise.
