Bell and Gez Varley formed LFO in the early nineties and were one of the first artists represented on the WARP label. Assuming I can make the embed code work, here's their first album, Frequencies, a classic slab of Detroit techno (by way of Leeds) with enough bass to destroy your speakers if you aren't careful:
