Too Many of these RIP tags lately

Most of you guys are too young but she and Phyllis Diller were the knock 'em out funny comedians of the late 60s and 70s on the female side. I respect her as much as George Carlin at least.

I know that more than once, I got busted watching Johnny Carson from my bedroom through the crack of the open door - and got busted when I laughed. She was very very funny,

I don't know if you follow Old Hoss Radborne on Twitter but he posted:

Rest Well, Joan!

She made Rabbit Test, starring Billy Crystal as the world's first pregnant man. It's bawdy and crude and funny as hell.

RIP...I recently binge watched Louie, and her guest spot in one episode really stood out. She was outstanding, funny, and made me really see her in a different light.

It's a Goddamn shame she got fucked out of the Tonight Show gig when Carson retired.

RIP Joan.

she was never going to get that when Johnny retired because he had some say in that and she was on his defecation manifest for getting a show against him. In 1992, when Carson retired, Rivers hadn't been on the show for 6 years because of her Fox show. If she had just told Johnny it was happening, it probably would have been ok, but he found out about it on the news like everyone else. Carson's 1st choice was Letterman.

According to her, she did tell him and he didn't want to hear it.

Whatever happened, it was great of Fallon to bring her back.

Turns out Nathan Jones is gonna be in Jet Li's new movie, tentatively called Legend of a Fighter. Lets hope Nathan doesn't hurt Jet or fall on his butt doing a spin kick. Nathan Jones under Yuen Woo Ping choreography. This will be something to see.
