I stand by my claim that none of this matters
All of that is true, including your first point, it would have been a better match. If you want Rusev to do some impressive stuff, or make the dead weight RVD look good or make Cesaro and Sheamus look like world beaters than put Ziggler in there. I don't expect Ziggler to ever win another match again but why not use him to make other people look good? It's worked for Batista on Smackdown.

Why get married a few weeks later? I would not hold out too much hope for Rollins other than some good matches against his former friends and that is about it. Maybe if we are lucky Orton will quit and then Rollins gets the title match at Mania.
You're right of course. They're going to just bury Rollins eventually, just like your prediction that Evolution was going to bury The Shield at Extreme Rules and your prediction that Evolution was going to bury the Shield at Payback.
I finally got to watch the turn tonight on wwe.com and you could literally hear people yelling "Noooo!" in the crowd as it happened. I wonder if WWE Creative has been watching a lot of Game of Thrones?
For those defending the turn, saying "they had nowhere else to go" I got two words for ya: John Cena. (Eternal babyface) Though at this point, I can't even picture what an Evil Cena would be like.

Wasn't that during the Sandow beatdown by Big Show? I wonder what his reaction was to Rollins' SHOCKING SWERVE ... or if he'd already left by then
Also, I'm entertained by the guy photobombing the shot right behind him, lol. He got his 3 seconds of fame, right there.
I like the idea of the Shield meltdown taking place in the middle of the MitB ladder match ... in the coming weeks, have all three win qualifying matches, maybe even have Reigns and Ambrose win their spots first, then have Reigns interfere during Rollins' match on Seth's behalf, and ensure that he makes it to the ladder match so they can have it out right there for the title shot. Only to have Cesaro or someone else win it while they're busy beating the crap out of each other. It'd be more interesting than just doing a Orton-or-HHH/Rollins vs Shield tag team match, which is probably what they're going to do instead. Maybe they'll make it a 3-on-3 and throw Cena in there so he has something to do, assuming he's not in the ladder match himself.

Ok, let me stop you there. If you are using the predication thread against me, that is fairly silly. While I will admit, I was wrong about it, I went on the WWE logic booking. If Evolution won the first match, I would have picked Shield and vice verse.
I also called most of the Cena/Wyatt storyline right in those threads and I am not getting any credit for that. So, lets just use what we say in the other threads. Really after my Mania picks, I am trying to get a better batting average.
It also doesn't change my point that to get to the Bryan Wrestlemania moment, there were a few outside factors that helped him get there. I don't want to do spoilers for Smackdown, but I would suggest people watch it and make up their mind how this is going to go.
I don't want to get into spoilers either, but judging anything based on the placeholder stuff they do for SmackDown, a show where nothing newsworthy has happened for literally years, is fairly silly.

You know what, it shouldn't be. They have had more than enough storylines that shock on Raw that could be make for a great Smackdown or at least pop a rating. Instead they don't. Then they wonder why people read the Smackdown spoilers.

I also would like more wrestling/useful promos. I tune just about everything else out.
My son will sit in the same room with me watching the show (and him watching something else on his laptop), then watch the parts he wants later instead of in real time.

You mean building up the low-midcard with actual storylines rather than recaps and insistance those storylines are better in every media BUT your flagship show?

Originally posted by BigDaddyLocoI am totally biased because this guy is my favorite thing in wrestling right now and he doesn't make sense storyline wise, but I want to watch Luke Harper do battle in the Money in the Bank match.
^^ This ^^
After Batista left, I was hoping that we'd next see Harper walk out with his beard all trimmed to Rick Rude levels of sharpness, a fresh haircut, and wearing a nice suit... as he joined Evolution.
I am happy that there are others in this thread that liked the way Sable looked on that table. I couldn't take my eyes off of her and personally can't wait to see what they are going to do with her and Tazz. If this makes me a mark, than so be it.
