I don't think they've ever actually called it "Swiss Death" on WWE TV, presumably because "death" isn't conceptually PG when removed from the Undertaker or Vince blowing up a few years ago.
Given what he actually does for the move and Switzerland's most famous export, I would also be fine with calling the launch uppercut "The Clock Cleaner", and then playing the waiting game to see who among Cole, JBL and Lawler would make a fatal mistake in saying the name first. (JR would have won, hands down.)
If Fandango is doing the Flatliner now as a new finisher, it should be the 'Goo 2 Sleep.
Dean Ambrose: Ambrosia Seth Rollins: Sethtaker? (Honestly, Seth From Above is impossible to beat) Roman Reigns: I want to do something with Roman Catholic, but Roman Cataclysm just isn't quite there.
But the Cesaro one was easy: The Swiss Missile.

I think you're right. It's never been called that on WWE TV. I'm 99.98% sure someone called it the Very European Uppercut on NXT, so maybe that's the name the E is going with and Cole/JBL/King just don't know (or don't care).
As an old fighting game fan I was always partial to calling Cesaro's uppercut the "Swiss-ryuken" with variations of the name going with variations of the uppercut (Rolling Swiss-ryuken! Shinku Swiss-ryuken).
Seth Rollins curbstomp move has a name already "Blackout", but in the WWE 2k14 game they named his secondary finisher "Sethwalker" so that kinda works.
Roman Reigns = Reign of Superman or Dothraki Barrage
Del Rio Armbreaker = Hombre Breaker or Destiny Denied Del Rio Superkick = Once upon a Greatest Import of Mexico

Back in the ROH/Indies day, Cesaro used the 'Very European' monicker for a while, so they probably slipped this in as a joke/reference. Every other move he did back then was labeled very European (not unlike CRZ adding 'well it's the big..' to everything Big Show did) The swing was never named I think, though he did an airplane spin of sorts that was named the UFO – Unidentified Flying Opponent. That could work for the swing.
Roman Reigns' moves obviously name themselves, no matter what he actually does. Dark Reign, Reign of Terror, Reigning blood, It's reigning spears (ok maybe not that last one)
