YES! It is my #1 reason to watch the Winter Olympics. I even got a few of my friends over the past couple of Olympics to tune in and they are hooked too.
I watched a bit today until I couldn't stand another Sharktank commercial on CNBC. It's really an interesting sport, but kind of slow. If you like golf or baseball - the strategy of either, I think Curling would be something you would like.
The US isn't that good, I think.

When you watch the USA team, men or women, go up against one of the powerhouse teams, you can really see the discrepancy of skill between the two. Team GB beat the US women 13-2. I did not even know it was possible to lose by double digit points. And the men are equally over matched.
And while I love watching the matches regardless of who plays, I also love hearing all the teams scream in their native tongue instructions to the sweepers.
I told the wife I wanted to enjoy the "audio porn" of women's curling. She looked askance at me, but not too much later, and the yell "Hard, Hard, Harder, Whoa!" came out, she agreed.

That was a bit of a blowout. The Canadians looked like they are juicing. Especially the bald dude.

With the interest curling attracts each four years during the Olympics, doesn't someone in the US eventually have to bite the bullet and try to set up some sort of league or annual tournament to broadcast on TV there? Even if they have to rent a venue in Canada, there's probably a market out there for it.
