I liked Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox but this wasn't as good. This is an animated version of Justice League #1-6 of the New 52 by Jim Lee and Geoff Johns. It's weird that the intro shows Jim Lee's pencils but the costumes in the actual movie are redesigned in a crappy manner. They totally replaced Aquaman with Shazam... and the worst part was they were fighting over the ocean so Aquaman could've made a difference. Green Lantern acted like Tyrese in Fast and Furious 6... a dumb guy who is constantly being picked on... he is comic relief. This movie looks very influenced by Man of Steel as the city they are in is heavily destroyed and Superman kills one of the main villains.
I don't want to spoil anything for anyone, but there was a post credits scene that addressed the ocean thing. They did portray GL (and Shazam) as kind of an arrogant douche though.
Ma'am, there is only one God, and I don't think He dresses like that.

I disagree. The Flashpoint movie was surprising good in spite of a shit comic and the Apocalypse movie was a billion times better than it's total shit source material.
Watching it again, it dawned on me that Cyborg is basically Blue Beetle by the way he's portrayed here. Either that or Teen Titans (animated) just made him seem so goofy that the similarities never jumped out so much before.
