30-Man Royal Rumble Match: The set-up has been made for Batista to take this match. Barring any last-minute changes, I think he'll do it.
Randy Orton vs. John Cena, WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match: On Raw, WWE teased Orton vs. Batista, so if Batista wins the Rumble, it makes sense for him to face Orton at Mania. Orton wins, perhaps in a way in which Cena's Wrestlemania match becomes clearer.
Big Show vs. Brock Lesnar: Lesnar wins and hopefully does some cool power stuff to get him ready for Undertaker at Mania.
Daniel Bryan vs. Bray Wyatt: Bryan wins, but I'm not sure where that would leave Bray.

30-Man Royal Rumble Match: It'd be just like The E to have Batista just waltz in and take it, but I think that even though they're setting up Batista/Orton, I don't think it'll necessarily be for the title. Orton shenanigans get Batista eliminated, leaving Daniel Bryan to take the Rumble, either ending up in an intense rematch with John Cena or the mother of all underdog fights against Brock Lesnar.
#2: Antonio Cesaro Surprise Rumble Entrants: Sheamus, Rob Van Dam, Jeff Hardy (I'm going to be right about this one of these years.) Final Four: Daniel Bryan, all three Wyatts
Randy Orton vs. John Cena, WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match: There's no way Cena doesn't go over here, given the last two weeks. And it would make zero sense to headline February's PPV with Orton/Lesnar. Cena wins the title clean and heads off to get destroyed by Brock, while Orton goes on to feud with Batista.
Big Show vs. Brock Lesnar: This should be a keen exhibition for Brock. Brock pulls off some really cool shit and beats Show convincingly.
Daniel Bryan vs. Bray Wyatt: Bryan wins, but gets a Wyatt beatdown to set up his underdog win in the Rumble later in the night.
The Rhodes Bros. vs. The New Age Outlaws, WWE Tag Team Championship Match: Dear God, the Outlaws are getting a tag team title match in 2014? Why? Who thought this was a good idea? The Rhodes Boys take this one in nothing less than a squash, otherwise it's just insulting.

The Outlaws. If Cody vs Goldust is happening at WM, they need to start it soon.
Orton.
AJ.
Bryan by DQ. So he looks stronger in the Rumble after a beat down.
Rumble winner: I'm changing my pick. I now pick HHH. Surprise enterants: X-Pac, RVD.
Lesnar. I am looking forward to this match the most. I have a confession, I'm a suplex addict. From The Steiners, to Angle, and Benoit. Hell even Taz and Saturn. I am pulling for the Real Americans to wing the tag belts. I know this is "Cage Fighter" Lesnar not suplex machine Lesnar. But I got my hopes up.
It's hard to predict when we don't really know if Daniel Bryan is going to be in the Rumble or not. That really changes a lot.
ROYAL RUMBLE Winner: CM Punk. I'm going outside the box with this one, and think it's very likely that I'm wrong here. Bryan should - and could - win as a surprise entrant, but CM Punk is such a dark horse crowd pleaser in his own right and even though it's been Punk-Orton at WrestleMania before, I think Punk is already well positioned against the Authority and would make a great challenger for WrestleMania if HHH can find better things to do on the show, or gives himself the WWE Title at Elimination Chamber.
Starting at #1 usually works out when it's announced in advance, too. Except when Austin did it.
ORTON v CENA Winner: Orton. It's hard to see Cena losing twice, but I think Orton-Lesnar is just a much more interesting match and WWE is going whole hog with Orton as champion.
LESNAR v BIG SHOW Winner: Brock Lesnar. Yeah, like Big Show should win this one.
BRYAN v WYATT Winner: Bryan. He lost at the last PPV, so he should win this one. Although, if he's winning the Rumble, he should lose here to win there.
I would dearly love to predict that this is all sleight-of-hand on WWE's part, and that they shifted their plans to accomodate Bryan at the Rumble winner and are now preserving the surprise. But man, I don't know. They are pigheaded to the point of absurdity about stuff like this. They've obviously changed their Mania plans for him over the last week, as blowing off the Wyatts feud on Sunday shows. If they want the fanbase to retain any interest and not riot over a Batista Rumble win, then they NEED to make it reasonably clear on Sunday what their WM plans are for Bryan if not the title match.
* Bryan over Wyatt, he takes the beating from the Family afterwards
* Orton retains, though Cena might win the actual match by DQ or countout or something
* Batista wins the Rumble. Bryan does in fact make a late appearance at #28 or #29 or something, limping to the ring despite his injuries. He tosses Harper and/or Rowan for revenge, but then Bryan himself is tossed by Batista since WWE is really just that tone-deaf.
Surprise/returning entries in the Rumble: Rob Van Dam, Diamond Dallas Page, Sheamus, Charles Wright as Papa Shango. El Torito enters for a comedy spot. AJ Lee enters and does a semi-comedy thing with Punk before he (gently) dumps her over the top.
Bonus prediction: someone on another message board had the amazing suggestion that Barrett isn't actually in the Rumble, but he just stands behind his podium and taunts guys as they're eliminated. "Bad news, Jimmy Uso! You're not going to Wrestlemania!"

Just a heads up, Dustin tweeted this morning that he no longer wants to take on Cody at WM.

At WrestleMania 25, they unified the World and WWE Tag Titles on the pre-show, so it's not unheard of for them to do something like this. Stranger things have happened.
I actually think that, if they really want to do Cody vs Goldust at WrestleMania, putting them on NAO soon to position the Usos to defeat them would be a good thing to do.
But with The Shield already breaking up, maybe it's weird to have two "Team So-And-So EXPLODES!" matches going at the same time.

I'm pretty sure it was more of a case of Andre not getting along with most people, especially during the final stages of his career (would have been around the time he was fighting Savage), when he was described as being in considerable pain and moody.
