So is it from a specific promotion or region, or just from whatever good they could find from the 80s not owned by the WWF now? I'm guessing it's mainly Memphis stuff from that list.
I am definitely thinking of getting it now that you mentioned that the original Dr. Slick, Tully Blanchard himself wrestles on it.

"In Europe they are putting out some decent ECW ppvs."
Actually, every ECW PPV ever has been released in the UK, as well as many of the ECW Home Videos, such as Big Ass Extreme Bash, Cyberslam '96, Born to be Wired, House Party '99, and so on.
As for the ECW DVDs here in the states, Hardcore History seems to be everybody's favorite, but I like all the compilations, myself. Barely Legal and Heat Wave are okay, but Barely Legal is missing all the entrance music and backstage interviews, and Heat Wave has the backstage interviews, but is still missing most of the entrance music. But, if you like those two, on March 12 (my birthday!) they'll be releasing Anarchy Rulz '99 (Tazz defends against Tanaka and Awesome) and Guilty as Charged '01 (last PPV ever.)
But of course, this information will only be useful to you if you are FUCKING HARDCORE!!! ...like me.
