I got Ni No Kuni, but I'll have to report on it in about a month. It's a birthday present, and right now I'm going through Wild Arms 4, so I am waiting a few weeks to play.
With that said, all the hype is that this is one of the best RPGs this generation. It looks a little cartoony, which might throw some people off, as it did me when screenshots first came down. But it is a good game from all indications, and I enjoyed the demo.
Anyone who has been away from the RPG genre for a while should check out the demo and see how you feel about it.
Thread ahead: Wii U releases: week of January 21, 2013 Next thread: THQ Dissolved; Core Subsidiaries Bought; WWE game license TBA; rumored to be bought by Take Two Previous thread: Xbox 360 releases: week of January 21, 2013
Very sad news. The list of games Iwata-san worked on or oversaw is astonishing. Animal Crossing, Super Smash Bros, Metroid Prime, Earthbound, Super Mario Sunshine, WarioWare, Eternal Darkness, so many Kirby and Pokémon games, and dozens more.
