This is great stuff - it was awesome to hear 'the man behind the screen'. I heartily recommend everybody listen to it - it is fully worth the download time. Fantastic job, Eddie and Chris!
Yeah, no doubt. It was great to hear CRZ finally give a real opinion instead of just hinting around in his recaps. Plus, it was good history. Not to bitch, but I felt like Mr. Famous interupted CRZ a bunch of times and kept saying "Uh...ah...uh..." but other than that, a great interview. I would rather hear a wee bit of silence than constant "uh" filler. But then again, I'm not in radio and have no idea what it's all about, so I may just be a dumbass. Hope you're okay with constructive criticism, Eddie.

On June 27th, 2002, the Montreal Expos (number one on the MLB contraction list) added MONEY to their payroll, aquiring Bartolo Colon. In a time like this, there's two quotes that come to the forefront;
cfgb: "I hate to say it, but Atlanta really needs to be watching their rear ends". And Number Two;
Good stuff...I agree with TCF that Eddie has a great radio voice, but I thought the interview itself was very well done. It's always nice to hear intelligent follow up questions, as opposed to sounding like you're reading question by question off of a stack of index cards.
"I'm more confused than Scott Hall in a parking lot" - Joshua Grutman
I just listened to the whole thing and I come away quite impressed. Not to pump up their egos any more than they are already, but Chris and Eric sounded like they were very comfortable doing the spot. Each sounded intelligent and expressed his opinions well.
Well done!
And I would be the first one to "Ask Steve Blackman!!"
He's Rolie Polie Olie - and in his world of curves and curls, he's the swellest kid around.
Marge: Mr. Scorpio, this house is almost too good for us. I keep expecting to get the bums rush. Scorpio: We don't have bums in our town, Marge, and if we did, they wouldn't rush, they'd be allowed to go at their own pace.
What was that about Sean Hannity??? What exactly *were* you supposed to be doing, Eddie?
Am I the only one thinking Z sounded alot like Kevin Smith does when he does his audio commentaries? Or maybe it was someone else off those DVDs... Dammit. I may have to listen again to compare... you sounded like SOMEONE!!!
I know he's still under contract despite not being on tv, but is there any way we can convince the WWE that Ask Steve Blackman MUST become a reality, if not here then on their own site???
Great great interview. Top stuff. Both of you have great radio voices. Thanks for taking the time to do it.

Hey now, the FIRST time I said "CRZ" I said it like my AIM name. I can't be held responsible for my multilinguality. Besides, it's not like you're gonna be so disgusted you'll cross the border to give me what for, IS IT. ;-)
A while ago, on the old board, someone asked "Why don't *you* contribute something?" I said the only think I could think of would be to interview CRZ or something. I think his response was "Who on earth would want to hear that?", or similar. Although the question still stands (kidding!) I'm glad that someone very professional and extremely good at interviewing did it (because I would've made a *mess* of it), and I had a bunch of fun listening to it. Good work!
