Colt Cabana was on Marc Maron's WTF podcast: http://www.wtfpod.com/podcast/episodes/episode_334_-_colt_cabana

For those who don't know of Maron, he is a standup comedian whose career had hit a low point when he decided to start an an interview podcast focusing on comedians, comic actors, and occasionally other sorts of entertainers. It's blown up in popularity, and has been a career renaissance for him.

Colt's Art of Wrestling podcast has essentially the same origin and the same show format as WTF, and the two talk a bit about the parallels between their careers leading up to podcasting success.

I've been bored with many of Maron's recent WTF guests, so this was a nice reprieve from obscure comics and musicians I don't care about. Check it out

I still think of him as the host of Short Attention Span Theater.

I really enjoyed this. Maron's opening segment, where he was trying to completely recontextualize the concept and Art Of wrestling in his mind was interesting. I'm a fan of both Maron's and Colt's podcasts, but only listen to episodes where I'm interested in their guests.

As he says in the episode, Colt was completely inspired by WTF and obviously his podcast is to wrestling as Maron's is to comedy.

It was also amusing hearing Colt try to educate Maron on so many aspects of The Business.

Oddly, I'm not really a fan of Maron as a stand-up but I find his interviewing fascinating. I highly recommend downloading this.

Yeah, I have to agree with a few on here who despair at how Punk is being handled. He made a great point on the earphones at the end, so why didn't he make it to the crowd?
