This is a signing that looks like someone really wants to have a women's division of more than just models who learn to take a bump. Good for her as this has been her stated career goal for a long while now.
Wonder if there's any chance of the Kings and Queen of Wrestling reuniting at some point.
This is cool and the cynical thing to say is that between signing her and signing PAC they're really loading up the Full Sail tapings but whatever man see what happens.

Oh. Here I was making a joke. Say what you will about how Sin Cara and Kharma signature signings have worked out so far, but for being a grr bodybuilder and son of Vince, HHH has gone well outside the 6'2, 240 muscle box since he took over talent relations.

I would settle for the Mickie/Melina/Beth heydayafter, but I would also settle for not bothering with women's wrestling and using them as valets only.

My bad on ruining the joke.
You can almost tell when he started to get more influence on how "the farm system" was being run though. Although there's still a few of the muscle types running around, there's a lot of second/third generation guys (who know and have lived the business already through family) and people who honed their craft in the indies.
I don't blame him about Kharma, what happened to her wasn't his fault.

I'm looking forward to the debut of The Gigolo Sara Del Rey. Hope she does that dance.
{Oh, yes - obligatory "saw her at almost every Pro Wrestling IRON card I ever had the good fortune or misfortune to attend" mention for "The Thrill" style street cred}
I'm going to the Shimmer taping in October (which is really hard to believe, I know), so I'm sorry I'm going to miss her matches there.
On the other hand, given how often they're letting their belts be defended on other people's shows, I don't suppose it'd be very difficult for them to explain away how she lost the tag titles.
Edit: 25 seconds of research discovered that Portia Perez and Nicole Matthews won them back a couple days ago. So there we go then.

The WWE is building themselves a good women's division again.
Yes they are. Now it's just a matter of actually using them properly. And that's the problem I have with the WWE i this situation. The only diva making any head wave is AJ with the love triangle. Otherwise, if you're not the sidekick/groupie/slut of a male WWE superstar or divas champion, you're not getting any real attention.
I would like to believe this can lead to some really great matches. I haven't seen much of Del Rey but what I have seen on Youtube is pretty incredible; she looks to be one of the most gifted female wrestlers ever. I just don't have much hope when I can say the same thing about Kharma and they have done next to nothing with her after the Royal Rumble.
To be fair, that's not their fault. It's really nobody's fault. She's very understandably still got some serious issues to deal with, and WWE (to their credit) is letting her have whatever she needs.

Sara Del Rey is awesome! She's as good if not better than most men. She's also a very cool person. I'm very happy for her both as someone I know and just as a fan of her work. I really hope that this means 1) WWE creative has real good ideas for her & 2) it really means that there are people there serious about getting some good Divas wrestling on TV. with Paige & Sofia already making NXT appearances and Natalie & Tenille beginning to work at FCW they have a solid foundation for elevating the Divas to the next level. Sara will only make things even better. For those not familiar with her, I give you my highest recommendation for getting the "Queen of Wrestling" 3 disc DVD from SmartMarkVideo.
Hey, not that I *want* to defend HHH, but he has been wrestling house shows against HBK & Benoit, so it's not like he's been kicking back all year. He just hasn't wrestled on Raw.
