I can't help but think that Heath Slater's "I SAID" was a reference to Eric Bischoff's "What's the matter, Sid, forget your scissors? I said what's the matter, Sid, forget your scissors?" from the Nitro reboot episode.
There is one other former world champ who would be eligible for the MitB match. A guy who promised to be champ again one day, and who is rumored to be coming back for WM 29.

You smell what I'm cookin' here?
I just can't see Rock being in MITB. And since they have Brock for SummerSlam, they probably don't need him. Still would like to see Rock/Punk.
The Wee Baby Sheamus.Twitter: @realjoecarfley its a bit more toned down there. A bit.
I know it won't happen, but on the 1000th RAW, Slater should go out there, and say that he shouldn't have had to go through the crap he's been put through for the past month or so, because he's the next big thing. [cue music] yadda yadda yadda
Just read the SD! spoilers, and without actually spoiling anything, it appears that the Former Champs Only Money in the Bank rule only applies to the RAW WWE Championship match.

From what I saw, it appears that we spent the first hour breathlessly waiting for this huge announcement from Cena. Only when he finally got around to it, Vicki Guerrero came out and told Cena that she (and the Board of Directors) had already put him in the MitB match about four hours before the show started.
And Jericho thought he stole Cena's thunder. Amateur.

This mind's man is blown away by that clip.

I was staring at Vickie's ass the entire bikini battle royale, so here's my hetero card. I have no idea how you equate males being naturally turned on by certain woman as homosexual, but do your thang.
I'm stealing it John Orquiola: "They have small plans for Jack Swagger".

Vicki holds a series of qualifying matches to determine who gets in the MITB match, and it's not just ex-champs. Here's who is in (so far?):
Damien Sandow Tyson Kidd (!!!) Santino Christian Tensai

In almost all cases I can just wait until Friday and not talk about things in the black box.

But this is the craziest thing I ever saw. The two MITB matches went from an annual sure thing to a very unsure but oddly fascinating thing. Like, surely Ziggler goes in as #6 after he loses the threeway. But this is an amazing array. You've got not one but two guys who'll do "scared of ladders" comedy. You've got Tyson, which is fantastic and necessary but I think last month was his first PPV match in almost two years. You've got LORD TENSAI. And as of now, you've got none of the usual suspects in Cody, Kofi (defending the tag titles against AWE?), and Swagger (appears to be in the shit again). It's like that Bragging Rights team from a few years ago where after they put it together they realized it was crazy and replaced them all with the guys they beat.
I am not a fan of Cena, but for some reason I thought his Star Wars rant was a ton better than most everything else he has ever joked about. The fans were clearly laughing with him (sorry WOR). Good stuff from John.
I enjoyed seeing Sid and I mostly enjoyed this Raw. I humbly ask for Heath Slater to talk about how he has lots of money and can climb any mountain next week.
"Put on your helmets, we'll be reaching speeds of 3!" "It was nice of you to give that dead woman another chance." "All right, look alive everybody...oh sorry Susan."- MST3K: Space Mutiny Click Here (facebook.com)

I thought it was cringey stuff, but Cena breaking at the Yoda bit was so humanizing and adorable. The robot and the alien who host WOR don't know the difference between laughing at your own jokes and a blooper.
