It's a quick and dirty list this week because I am positive I will not feel like doing this this weekend. We have a grand total of 333 titles here - you break 'em out and, optionally, make the same jokes I usually make every week.
Actually, for a q&d it's not so bad - I still broke it down to the stuff you're probably most interested in at the top, and the stuff you'd never spend other people's money on down at the bottom. As usual, current Top 24 preorders are in big italics, and Blu-ray releases are in blue.
This is very strange because this has no picture, and this has already been released as this one (The W at Amazon), which is cheaper than the other listing. This one says "BBC Worldwide" instead of "BBC Warner", maybe that has something to do with why it would be rereleased?
Edit: It's 4 in the morning and apparently I forgot how the amazon code works momentarily.

I actually thought it was the First Doctor's episodes would would explain the price. I am not sure what this exactly besides the 9th Doctor's run and why its $70.00
The Wee Baby Sheamus.Twitter: @realjoecarfley its a bit more toned down there. A bit.

See I thought it might somehow be the William Hartnett episodes as well, but I had heard that a large number of early episodes have been lost because BBC policy at the time was to only hold onto them for a certain length of time. Some have been found in the archives of foreign broadcasters who had purchased the series for broadcast in their country, but I don't believe any full seassons exist until the 7th season of the show, which originally aired in 1970 and was the first season of the 3rd Doctor, John Pertwee.
