I think Matt Morgan is the last one based on a promotional shot people have seen, but Ric Flair is expected to re-sign with the WWE in the (near?) future. Not sure about any other rumors (or news) out there.
Alex Shelly and Ric Flair come to mind as well as possibly Samoa Joe with his ominous tweet this week. I have no idea how this would play out in court. It will be Vince's lawyers vs. Pandora Energy's lawyers or Spike TV's lawyers. Now, while everyone would think Vince has the advantage, remember why we have a WWE instead of the WWF. On top of that, you maybe dealing with an energy companies' lawyers and those are not lightweights neither would be a network companies lawyers either. Especially one, WWE jilted a decade ago.
Yet, this is TNA. They fuck everything up. Even the simplest of things becomes a giant mess. I have no doubts, they will leak information or say something publicly that will get the case thrown out. TNA is going to need to show, WWE willing made Flair, Shelly and whoever else break their contract. When the wrestlers could easily say it was their choice. It will be difficult to do unless TNA has some iron clad proof.
At the end of the day, I think this is a ploy by TNA to scare the shit out of their talent. This will come and go probably never going to go to court. The real question is what does Big Poppa Pump think.
The Wee Baby Sheamus.Twitter: @realjoecarfley its a bit more toned down there. A bit.
This is the jist of it . TNA claims that WWE is now using the knowledge obtained from Wittenstein to their advantage, and is trying to "poach contracted talent" from the company. TNA stated that WWE has used this information in talks with Ric Flair, who wants to go back to WWE and approached TNA about getting out of his contract. They also stated that Flair has been no-showing dates since indicating his desire to be released.
"In order to injure TNA and gain a competitive advantage, WWE intentionally interfered with TNA's contractual relationship with Ric Flair and maliciously used the trade secrets and confidential information provided by Wittenstein to approach Ric Flair," the lawsuit reads.
What loljk said makes little sense to me. Anyway this Wittenstein fellow it seems like he's in deep freaking shit and from what I've read TNA is getting a restraining order against him. If Flair had any money I'd bet TNA would be suing him for breaking contract. This Wittenstein guy seems to be everything Paul Heyman accused Todd Gordon of being. As far as the promotional pic it looks like Punk not Morgan to me. PWinsider says the Revolution is for the newest WWE video game.
He's under TNA contract, a contract so binding that they let Nash out because he asked, and let Flair go to the Hall of Fame and disparage the company in exchange for 2 minutes of Christian speaking
Nous ne nous pouvons pas sortir. I look forward to the debut of Sheldon Alexander and Esteban Christopherson(if Sabin follows, and doesn't end up named something like Tanner Holiday), though I doubt they'd be teamed up.

What does this mean? Was it ever revealed what TNA would receive in exchange for Flair's HOF involvement? How does Christian figure in?

Velvet Sky (Sabin's GF) already tweeted that her and Sabin are not going anywhere for a long while
This could get messy. I'm sort of surprised TNA is taking action. It's well within their right (I'm by no means saying they're foolish or wrongheaded for pursuing this), but things like the Flair Hall of Fame debacle (well a debacle for TNA anyway) and Dixie letting Nash, who they reportedly had big plans for, out of a weeks-old contract because he wanted to wrestle at the Royal Rumble make them pursuing something like this a tad surprising to me.
It'll be a shame if this ends up putting a kibosh on Alex Shelley possibly getting a WWE deal since it sounds like he wasn't approached by WWE until news of him not renewing was made public on the Internet earlier this week rather than them using inside information that told them his contract was up, and it sounds like Shelley's original decision to leave had nothing to do with him planning to go to WWE.
“This wrongful disclosure and misappropriation allows WWE to effectively price TNA out of the market and cause irreparable harm to TNA’s business and profitability,” the lawsuit reads. “WWE now knows the confidential details of TNA’s business affairs including its marketing and business strategy and analysis, which leaves TNA vulnerable to WWE’s unfair position in the market.”
It seems to me that TNA does a good enough job of causing irreparable harm to its own profitability without WWE doing it for them.
