I suppose you could also be playing Game Of Thrones The Video Game (a.k.a. Video Game Of Thrones) based on Game Of Thrones The TV Series based on Game Of Thrones The Book Series Which I Get Is Not Specifically Called "Game Of Thrones" But You Know What I Mean.

Having said that, I hope that Battleship The Video Game based on Battleship The Movie based on Battleship The Board Game is just Battleship The Board Game in video game form. Maybe with Rhianna as a playable character.

Someone needs to review this for me. It's by Rockstar, which makes it a pretty much MUST-buy for me, but it's also a sequel to games I've never played and are PS2 titles to I probably wouldn't ever play them...UNLESS someone convinced me that Max Payne 3 was JUST SO AWESOME but ONLY if you played the first two.

As a point of reference...I bought Call of Duty 4 on impulse when it was first out and I got through it on beginner - I SUCK at those games and generally don't buy them. Then I bought Modern Warfare when it came out and after about an hour of playing I was on Amazon ordering...ah, hell, let's just call it CoD 4:2 because I can't remember the exact title. I'd really like to know if this is going to be the same kind of thing, or if it's more like Grand Theft Auto IV where - yeah, it's titled like a sequel but it has nothing functional to do with the earlier titles.

Holy fuck shit motherfucker shit. Read comics. Fuck shit shit fuck shit I sold out when I did my job. Fuck fuck fuck shit fuck. Sorry had to do it....

*snip*

Revenge of the Sith = one thumb up from me. Fuck shit. I want to tittie fuck your ass.

Releasing that Arkham City demo a little late, aren't they?

The Max Payne games aren't open sandbox style games - they are very linear - there is a lot of area to explore per level, but the game pretty much holds your hand and points you in the right direction.

I haven't played MP3 yet...and I'm putting some serious thought into getting it, but I will say that I loved MP and MP2 - but do yourself a favour, and play the PC versions of both games. The PS2 versions were buggy as hell.

JJD, these are my five cents. I picked it up yesterday and played it for about 5 hours. I started with the story mode and was very satisfied. I have only played the first Payne, and never finished it. That is not a problem. They set up the story very well in the first few minutes of the game, and it is supplemented by flashbacks to the previous games. The controls are a tighter version of RDR, which was tighter than GTAIV. You can definitely tell that it is a Rockstar game and that is a good thing. The attention to atmosphere is my favorite part of any R* experience, and this game is not an exception. From Max himself to the whole area of Sao Paulo, I have been completely sucked in during my limited time with the story. The bullet-time is a blast, and the kill-shots are very graphic yet somehow almost "artistic". After my first death, I decided to try the multiplayer.
Multiplayer is going to be compared to COD, but it is not that similar. There are "perks", classes, customization, and death-streak rewards, but the feel of the game is totally different. It feels like GTAIV multiplayer with tighter controls and added options. In the beginning, the multiplayer options are limited. You need to reach level 4 before you can customize your own class and you need to tally 100 kills before you open up other game modes. At first, I wasn't impressed because I treated it like COD. But after I slowed down and got the feel of the game, it became amazing. Everything you can do in the story, you can do in multiplayer. Bullet-time, shoot-dodges, and painkillers are your friends.
The majority of my time was spent with MP, but that's not a statement against the story. It depends on what you're in the mood for when you fire up the game. I highly recommend this game and can't wait to play more. As I said, I have a very limited experience with the first two games and that is fine. Pick it up.

It’s so hard for me to sit back here in this studio, looking at a guy out here, hollering my name! When last year I spent more money, on spilled liquor, in bars from one side of this world to the other, than you made! You’re talking to the Rolex wearin, diamond ring wearin, kiss stealin, WOOOO wheelin dealin, limousine ridin, jet flyin son of a gun. And I'm having a hard time holding these alligators down!

1) Not sure but I see no reason why they wouldn't work. The Wii has four Gamecube controller ports on it. 2) Yes 3) No need to transfer, you can insert your Gamecube memory cards into the Wii as well. 4) Not that I've heard of.
