@DaveBautista eloquently confirmed he's there: "Yup! I'm in #miami BITCH!"
The drawback of Twitter is that stuff like this is nigh on impossible to keep quiet nowadays. Will still be an epic moment should either or both of them make an appearance.
Could see Batista and Lesnar running in and beating down Rock and Cena after their match and setting up Rock and Cena Vs Lesnar and Batista at Summerslam and having Cena or Rock Vs Lesnar at next years Wrestlemania and whoever doesn't face Lesnar faces Batista at next years Wrestlemania.
Remember how the Rock-Cena finish from a few weeks ago was Miz running in and costing one of them match? Seems like they put Miz in the tag match and got themselves a way better Miz instead.
I am going to hold you to that Matt. If this is true, the Rock comment about beating everyone at Wrestlemania from each generation has me wondering now. Brock/Cena could be an interesting match and I am sure the fans want to see it, but Punk/Lesnar. God, that may be a match the match for the ages. Batista is probably like Lita in Miami for the HOF, Batista loves the Nature Boy.

Twitter: @realjoecarfley its a bit more toned down there. A bit.
If this is true, I'm excited! A Cena/Rock/Brock program might bring in money, but a Punk/Brock one-on-one match for the title would be every wrestling fan's dream match.

A wee bit of hyperbole there.
I can think of plenty of people I'd rather see work with Punk than Lesnar and I don't even like Punk. :>

Or you want this to stay on the downlow to hopefully raise ratings the following night?
The latter. Cena/Rock and UT/HHH have already sold more than enough PPV's. But the latter helps bring back the "anything can happen" atmosphere that's sorely been lacking in modern wrestling. The latter helps ensure people buy the NEXT show.

Could even be a kind of "then and now" rivalry, as Cena-Brock was pretty much what first started Cena on the path to superstardom, IMHO.
So in addition to rumors of Rock coming back for another match at WM 29 and Austin returning to take on Punk, now we have noise about Brock Lesnar and Batista linked to SummerSlam?
Bad enough for morale if Vince suddenly decides that the only way to get back his buys/ratings is to push part-time nostalgia guys in some of the biggest payday slots (and this worked so well for Bischoff when WCW started losing the Monday Night Wars, right?) - How do they 'make' guys into top card, business-carrying talents if all the biggest slots are taken?
If Taker is actually going to call it a career due to his health (and I'm totally speculating on that), I can see where you could turn an annual Rock match into a way to replace the annual high-profile 'streak' match on the WM card. If OTOH it's just a way to cram more legends into the show, well.. you see what happened this year with the bookers having their choice of World Title Matches that may jerk the curtain tomorrow night.

The first time heel-rapper Cena fought Lesnar on Smackdown, I remember being very pleasantly surprised by the amount of offense that Cena got in on Lesnar. (Man, its weird to think of a time when we expected Cena to get squashed in a match.) Then as a follow up to that match we got a month of Cena doing awesome video promos on Lesnar.
If I'm WWE, it may not be a bad thing this got out, assuming it's all true. People who are on the fence may be urged to buy the show thinking Lesnar or Batista will appear. If they don't, WWE keeps the cash anyways.
It would be amazing if this was an April Fool's joke.

More important, Lance Storm is in Miami and is actually wrestling. Hopefully they're finally going to give him a Wrestelmania paycheck. He could run in and superkick Laurenitis for stealing his personality.
Cool, but I kinda hope that we make it through Rock/Cena without any interference. There hasn't been any interference hinted at during this whole feud and the sudden interjection of a third party doesn't fit with this story at all. Let's just do this match. If Lesnar has to be involved, do it after.
Miz would be the only one who would have made sense to interfere since he was involved in the match last year that started this whole thing, but it would be kind of a joke now.
I think it makes more sense for Lesnar to interfere in HHH/UT, given the feud that was hinted at a year ago (Not that anyone remembers anymore).
Cena/Lesnar could be huge given their history. It would be a great "Look how far I've come since we last fought" story.
I would have no problem at all if they hold off Lesnar until RAW to answer Cena's burning question: Who else is left for me to beat? (Real answer: Taker at WM 29).
But I think Lesnar needs a spokesman, and new dual-roster GM Johnny Ace is perfect for the job if he says Lesnar's return signals the (next) big things he will bring to the table as head honcho.

If it isn't an April Fools, and the rumours of Brock are true.
Then what are the odds that Heyman follows him too? I don't know if the parting of ways last time was amiable but I certainly wouldn't mind seeing him back - whether it's a manager role, a commentator role, or a creative role.
