We finally get to the big 4 Horsemen murder (sadly no Ric Flair to be found) that they've been teasing since ep 1. The Alpha and Omega get an official name, the Doomsday Killer (I like my name better).
-Harrison gets sick and Dexter resorts to praying for him offering to do whatever God wants. Pretty sure he'd like you to cut down on the whole murder thing Dex...
-Masuka's intern may not be any big reveal after all. Turns out she just wanted to hock the evidence of Ice Truck Killer online. Still Ice Truck was AGAIN mentioned during the Horseman murder. Seems a lot of talk about something that happened in season 1.
-And once again I was right. It WAS Deb's attire that threw off the new guy from Chicago. Take that haters! Ok, it is more the total package along with her swearing and general attitude, but I still call win.
-Colin Hanks goes out on a date, bangs her, and then sentences her to death by "defiling" her. Waitaminute. The guy last week couldn't get chopped up until he was pure, but now this girl gets killed because she's IMPURE.
-Aster and Cody get a brief mention. We'll probably hear how they died on the way back to their home planet next week...
So far this season isn't quite connecting with me. They are really hitting us over the head with the faith theme with Harrison just happening to have a life threatening illness at the same time a religious themed killer is out there and Dexter is contemplating his lack of faith.
Also, the Doomsday Killer(s) are not doing it for me. They aren't as interesting as Jordan Chase, and they sure as hell ain't Trinity.
This is great news. I was more than certain that the show was getting axed, especially with the American Dad renewal. With a short order (no pun intended)
