I said it about six weeks ago and I'll say it again for posterity. This whole entire angle feels like it's going to wind up being Just Another Vince McMahon Master Plan. It really does.

I don't think I've ever seen a match get as much airtime as that 12-man. That was nice.

And that's it. I have nothing else to say about this show other than "I kept waiting for CM Punk to get the final word in on that last segment and it never came."

I know that everyone can like what they want to but I thought it was a fun show that left me happy and wanting more - I don't get the negativity. Count me on board to see what happens next. I just think people need to stop looking too much into things and just sit back and enjoy the show - it's all entertainment.

Also, the finishing sequence of that 12 man tag match was pretty awesome.

I thought it was pretty great - and Ryder kind of did deserve it. You don't go up to someone who just didn't really have a great night and be a smart alec and expect him not to do anything.

I have to agree that HHH is megaface while the roster of the locker room looked like cowards. Yes, was it new and sorta interesting sure. Unfortunately, HHH is not a sympathetic character. If this was Shawn or Foley or even Austin then you could say ok that works. Yet, HHH has been has such a bastard to everyone that he had this coming. The fans seem to disagree which I guess served the purpose to what end I don't know other than making HHH, the mega babyface.

The real problem and the one I have always contended is their needs to be a face in the upper management. Someone like a board member, they introduced years ago who can sweep in and handle this not named McMahon. A person that could call a vote of no confidence or do some behind the scenes stuff that is not automatically hated by the fans or at least suspicious. Someone like a Foley or a Shawn or a Bret that could help out when a storyline like this seems to go off the rails.

I am also a little pissed HHH took Punk's "I like chaos theory." It is amazing everyone is stealing from Punk more than Jericho. Miz and R-Truth are in his outsider position and making shoot comments. HHH stole his character's motivation. ADR also has his belt. So, I am not sure what the point of Punk is right now. He should have been out there last night to either bury HHH or say thank you for the chaos. A lot of last night did not make sense especially when the top babyfaces where no where to be seen. Were they attacked, did they not think HHH needed their help, did they not care? Maybe it will be a story point for Smackdown or Raw, but it was just odd.

Punk coming out at thed end instead of Johnny Ace would have been more intriguing, but it's pretty clear this has become a Helmsley story now.

Watching wrestlers and WWE officials walk off the set was more fun than you would think, but the town hall meeting before that was as bad as any town hall I've had to go to at work.

Where does the mighty board of directers sit on this? They were pretty quick to bounce Vince for losing control of one guy, Helmsley lost the whole roster and got shown up by Lawler.

This seems like this could all be solved so simply if Helmsley would just name a Raw GM and stick to COOing.

Seems like Hunter could solve this problem by ending the supershows. Keep the rosters separate and you maintain a semblance of order. These continuing supershows prove that there are too many volatile elements in one container.

This. She's really snapped herself into shape. Eddie would be a lucky man.

Yeah, no Punk, Cena, Orton, etc., (don't even mention K2 and Eve), at the end was bullshit. So, what, do they open Raw next Monday with them in the ring giving HHH the Yes Vote Of Confidence, then HHH comes out, lays them all out, while whining: "Where were you guys LAST week?"

No note about Ace's Text of Doom? Was that a text thank you to whomever droppped the cage the night before?

Well, yeah, except for the part where Bourne ducked out of the ring, forgetting that he was supposed to take the Cross Rhodes. He almost brought the sequence to a screeching halt.

My favorite moment of the closing segment absolutely is Mark Henry's wag of the finger at HHH.

Naah, probably HHH will open next week (or maybe SD?) and Punk/Cena/Orton declare that they side with him.

I don't feel this will lead to everyone vs HHH, but more a situation where things will slowly be done and "changed".
From a creative point of view, this is a nice way of implementing rule changes.
Like...if this was done last year, when Linda was running for office (oh wait), they could have said that in order to create a secure environment, they'd stop a match if there was blood.

Go back and watch Regal's reactions while Barrett was speaking and then how he locked eyes with Hunter as he walked up the ramp with the others. Regal deserves a Slammy for that performance.

Another Slammy should go to whoever picks out the Bellas outfits.

I understand that there IS a point to all this stuff with HHH, but I just wish they would get to it already so they can go back to arguing about who should get the next shot at Alberto Del Rio. When's the last time a "management" angle really paid off? (And why do they keep doing them anyway?)

I'm with this guy. I thought it was a good show. The No Confidence meeting was totally different. Hell, I wanted it to be longer - I'd like to have heard EVERYONE's grievance.

"Daniel Bryan - why are YOU out here? Mad about Triple H not investigating the mystery of two Sin Caras?"

"Rosa Mendes - why are YOU out here? No really, what the hell could be the matter?"

"Tyler Rex - Yes, I know who you are. What's your problem?"

And quite frankly, I agree with Triple H. Whatever happened to just fighting? You take a licking, you come back the next week, and you give worse than you got. That's what this business is all about.

The poster child for Triple H's regime? KELLY KELLY.

Kelly Kelly is more man than that entire roster who walked out. I have more Confidence in her than the rest of those babies put together.

I kinda like how the 2002 "Vote of No Confindence!" thread that everyone is accidentally going back to is about a period in WWE history when a beloved internet favorite had a once-in-a-lifetime storyline opportunity that temporarily involved competing World Champions suddenly derailed when HHH decided to return and take the focus off that guy so HHH could have a feud with a loathed backstage figure with whom he could battle for the affections of a pooch who stunk up the arena.

Anyway, my suggestion for the direction they're going: Needs more HHH.

My serious suggestion for how they could have improved the show ending: pull a Newsradio Ending by saving Santino's return until the very end so they could have gone with everyone walking out on a broken HHH, only for Santino to gleefully pop out from under the ring and be the only man left with HHH forever, to The Game's eternal chagrin.

Loved the irony of the master of the 20-minute pointless promo telling everyone to shut up and fight.

Santino needs stupider hair. He just looks wrong with normal-person hair.

Having all the protected babyfaces left out of "the whole roster" was stupid. Sure, they'd get booed for walking out, but so what? The very top guys don't care enough about their careers to comment on the leadership of the company one way or another? And why did Jim Ross walk out when HHH was the guy who brought him back in the first place?

As for the HHH pedigree of Zack Ryder, it was off the air so it doesn't much matter. And if nothing else, it was consistent with the last 14 years of HHH's character being a dickhole for no apparent reason.

JRsBBQ Jim Ross
I gave my thoughts to wwe.com about why I supported the team & my peers. When a coach loses his locker room, something has 2 b done. Sorry.

JRsBBQ Jim Ross
I can handle the venom from some of you. Reluctantly did what I thought had to be done. 2nd thoughts? Of course. Nx wk's OKC raw puzzling.

JRsBBQ Jim Ross
I feel o don't have to defend myself for being brought back to Raw. Why did I ever leave? Did what I thought was right. Hated it nonetheless

JRsBBQ Jim Ross
Love the nay Sayers who curse me re: HHH 'bringing me back.' why did I leave raw? Exactly. I love HHH but he has to make changes.

JRsBBQ Jim Ross
I won't apologize for doing what I think is right. Getting my job back excuse doesn't flush. Why was I removed in 1st place? Child please.

And in that spirit, I'd rather see Awesome Truth ground through a gauntlet to atone for their actions instead of arrested and taken away.

If we remember the Triple H/Orton feud, we had various degrees of assault and property damage. Miz and Truth bought tickets and were banned. They charges the main event and attacked the camera guys, the refs, and the competitors. That should get them, at most, a few handicap/lumberjack matches where everyone, including the refs, get their licks in.

Lawler and Ross have a beef with Hunter. They were attacked by the SD champ, and Henry seemed to have gotten away with it. No wonder Ross walked out last night.

I think we have to look at the HHH walk out from two different perspectives. The casual fan and the IWC. The fans have been behind 100% as COO even when he faced off against Punk. They were cheering for him during that entire promo and even turned on Lawler, the voice of reason. They even booed the hell out of the faces including the voice of Raw. I would say a good chunk of these fans don't know, HHH 1999-2006. They know DX Daddy, HHH and his best buddy, HBK. They don't know or see the problem with him burying the locker room or taking steam away from Punk's push or making the show all about him. He hasn't been there in awhile, so absence makes the heart grow fonder as well as the fact, he is one of the few legit tough guys in the WWE. I do expect for the people there, its creating interest. Because, they don't know and don't care about HHH's past.

Yet, for the IWC and more observant viewers, its a cluster fuck. HHH has once again turned the show into all about him. A show no one cared about in 2003-2005. A show that has given no showcase to their champion ADR or their up and coming now number one merchandise seller, CM Punk. A show that seems to forget to ask the basic question of not HHH than who and why don't we find out? A show that made the entire locker room look like a bunch of weak willed bitches. Still, its no surprise that HHH threw the locker room under the bus for his own ego. The thing is as older fans we have seen this all before when he was a heel, it was just done in a more sympathetic way.

Now there is some middle ground, the fans were eating it up last night. Yet, the ratings even with the NFL are pretty bad compared to what they usually do during this time. Punk is still over. Cena is still getting mixed reactions. Henry is still a bad ass. Orton is still in the title picture. ADR is a champion again just in time for that Mexico tour. Laurantis is still the prime suspect and the Awful Truth was not on last night. So, we are pretty much back to square one just HHH is a little bit sadder. So, the question is does any of this really matter if we are still where we were over a month ago?

I detest the division of wrestling fans between "casual fans" and "IWC/Internet fans" because, at the end of the day, it's all entertainment. It is possible to like Triple H, John Cena, and Randy Orton and also like CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, and others. I know I do - because they entertain me.

If the fans are cheering and enjoying something, then what is the difference? The wrestlers are all working for the same company, whose goal it is to entertain you. I see the whole "being buried" complaint as being relevant as complaining that Matt Damon is burying another actor just because he had more lines in a script of a movie.

Maybe it's just me but I don't see the point of watching (or even talking about something) if you're not enjoying it.

Welcome to the internet!

I think the irony in distinction between a casual fan and an IWC fan is a casual fan shells out money for PPVs, tickets to live events, shirts, etc. while an IWC fan streams their PPVs and wonders who's buying those tickets and shirts. One seems hardcore into spending money on the product, the other not so much...

As far as the show goes, I liked it. The 12 man tag was pretty cool, as was Sheamus getting the pinfall.

Miz and R-Truth are the most fascinating thing on WWE TV right now.
