Insane Scenario #1: Theo Epstein and Terry Francona wind up with the Cubs. They bring Chicago a World Series title nearly ten years after bringing Boston a title. They become Baseball Gods.
Insane Scenario #2: Theo Epstein winds up with the Cubs. Terry Francona winds up with the White Sox. Cubs/White Sox World Series happens. World repents before apocalypse.
Tito's an idiot, but by embracing management's philosophy of basically never bunting or issuing intentional walks, he found himself as one of the best managers in baseball. Hopefully whoever gets brought in is similarly accommodating.
I wouldn't be surprised to see the Sox bring in someone similar to Francona, who either had one failed run as a manager or has no experience above coaching. Just spitballing, here, but perhaps they'd be interested in Tony Pena?

Wait, Reagins is OUT?
Screw the Cubs! Bring Theo to Anaheim!
Wish granted, but the Red Sox are duct-taping John Lackey to Theo on his way out the door. Return postage will be Mike Trout, Peter Bourjos and (if Ortiz is gone) Kendrys Morales.

Larusa's contract is up at the end of this season (and seeing how they folded in todays game, that might be SOON). I could see Francona coming to ST Louis.

Given Vina's a free agent after this season IIRC (there were trade whispers in the off-season, angering me to the greatest extent possible since Vina Is God) he could be shipped off later this year, but I doubt Hart will hold up:
