Thank you so very much for these.

Those are fantastic and do a good job of explaining just why "Lucas raped our childhoods". They will make your realize just how awful the prequels are and that things like Jar Jar were the LEAST of the problems.

I'm kinda shocked they didn't CGI the Ewoks completely.

The Kryatt Dragon call was altered a few times, I'm not 100% sure but I think it was altered for the Special Edition, and definetly for the DVD it was altered from the original, this new one is pretty bad too, I'm not sure why that needed to change.

I've only seen the review on Episode 1 and it is too bad he was trying to do a bad Napoleon Dynamite meets Strong Bad impression because his voice and attempts at forced "humor" really detract from some pretty valid points.

EDIT: Now, having sat through the 3 parter for Episode 2, he sounds mostly like Dax Shepard as Frito Pendejo in Idiocracy

Simon Pegg is awesome. Why can't more actors and industry people voice opinions like this. Maybe if more of his peers told him he was an asshole for fucking up the films, he'd actually listen.

Nothing significant is changed story wise. If the Blu-ray looks better and sounds better, I'll buy the set eventually. I'm a fanboy, but not to the extent that I think small things like a NO ruins the entire franchise.

Well, things could always be worse.

Although I will say, the Darth Vader "Nooo!" really does work just about anywhere. Especially in The Godfather!

Does the Blu-ray version of Return of the Jedi still have the "die, dickheads!" scene uncensored?

"INTENSIFY FORWARD PHASER POWER!" "TOO LATE!"

The A-Wing crashes into the bridge of the Super Star Destroyer Executor, demolishing it. The Executor crashes point-first into the Death Star in a tremendous explosion.

On the bridge of Admiral Ackbar's ship, a loud cheer rises up from the Rebels, and if you listen carefully, you can actually hear someone exclaim, "DIE, dickheads!" It's an Easter Egg, really, but what an Easter Egg!

My goal in life is now to one day be able to deliver the phrase "Club-a-Dub-Dub" as cool as Aziz Ansari did tonight. Failure is certain.
